Appartement moderne de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains situé à proximité de la promenade des pins derrière l'hôtel Sis Pins / Cappuccino, à seulement 100 mètres de la plage, idéal pour une baignade matinale et également à une courte distance de la place principale et de la marina.

Cet appartement lumineux et spacieux au 3ème étage avec balcon offrant une vue sur la baie et un ascenseur complet, est situé dans un développement privé et bénéficie d'une vue calme sur le jardin commun avec piscine commune.

L'appartement bénéficie de la climatisation et du chauffage, ce qui le rend idéal pour une utilisation à tout moment de l'année et le WIFI est disponible dans tout l'appartement.

Le logement se compose d'une chambre double avec un lit super king-size et d'une salle de bains avec baignoire et douche et d'une chambre lits jumeaux avec salle de bains séparée avec douche. Les deux chambres sont équipées de beaucoup d'armoires et de tiroirs et tout le linge de maison et les serviettes de plage sont fournis.

Le salon principal a des fenêtres pleine hauteur offrant beaucoup de lumière. Il dispose d'un confortable canapé en forme de L et d'une télévision par satellite avec la télévision anglaise et les chaînes Freeview, ainsi que d'une station d'accueil musicale. Dans la salle à manger il y a une table à manger avec des chaises.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle et fer et planche à repasser et entièrement équipée pour des vacances indépendantes avec machine à laver. La cuisine donne sur le balcon.

Toute la communauté bénéficie de portes sécurisées donnant sur la rue ainsi que de serrures supplémentaires pour chacun des immeubles, ce qui rend l'appartement très sécurisé.

Nous avons un espace dans le garage souterrain pour le stockage de vélos ou d'articles de plage et nous mettons à votre disposition des chaises longues au bord de la piscine ou sur la plage. Il y a beaucoup de stationnement gratuit dans la rue autour des appartements.

Great find

Within close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants, all walkable. The apartment is situated in a gated secure location, beautifully appointed with luxury linens. Added bonus, beach chairs. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hosts communicated regularly prior to our stay and provided us with very useful information. We hope to return to the apartment again and would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic apartment!

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It's in a great location, very close to the beach and great restaurants/bars. We found the street parking very easy in December. The apartment is very secure and we would definitley stay again. The communication with Caroline is excellent - thanks for letting us stay!

Great apartment

Caroline was really helpful and very prompt replying to all our questions. The apartment was as described on the website, clean and well equipped. The location was great for access to all the restaurants and also the Pine Walk. There is on street parking around the apartment location although not always as close as we might have liked. Overall an excellent apartment.

Just Perfect!

From start to finish this has been one of the best holidays we have had - much of this is due to the hosts attention to detail, both at the apartment and in their communication. The apartment is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the beach, with an abundance of great restaurants within walking distance if you don’t fancy cooking. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, is bright, clean and has the added bonus of sea views from the balcony. Highly recommended for a relaxed holiday in Puerto Pollenca.

Everything about the property was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Air con was a god send and very quiet. 5 mins walk to a great beach and amentities. Very secure, no fear of leaving valuables around. Contact with Caroline was perfect, emailed or phoned back within 24 hours. Couldn't fault it one bit. Definitely be back!!!

Would definitely recommend.

Ideal location as we did not want to hire a car, everything was easily accessible - shops, restaurants, buses. And it was quiet, which is paramount to us. Property was very spacious for 2 (although kitchen is small, but well equipped). Bed was enormous and extremely comfortable, air con efficient. Shower was powerful and having a small washing machine was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay. Can't think of anything important that could be improved, although it would have been nice to have a second set of keys,so that we could have split our activities - swimming/shopping?

Great stay in Pollensa Mar

Beautiful Apartment in a prime location in Port de Polensa. It is very secure and has a lovely pool area to relax during your stay. Communication from the hosts was excellent from start to finish. Its beside the Pine Walk and promenade which is great for walking. Some lovely Authentic Mallorcan restaurants in close proximity. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Based in Sheffield, UK we first visited the Port in 1998 and fell in love with the resort. Since then we have regularly visited as a family staying in different parts of the Port until buying our new build apartment in 2008. We and our grown up children use the apartment as often as we can and it provides us with a great place to relax away from busy lives.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Our decision to buy the apartment was easy as soon as we saw the views over the bay to Fortalesa and La Victoire. It is in what we think is an ideal central location, giving easy access to the beach, Pine Walk, restaurants, the square, marina, shops and transport links, so limiting the use of taxis.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location is perfect as it is just a short stroll to the beach so ideal for an early morning swim or visit to the beach in the afternoon without having to load up a car with all your beach items.

Whether you want to enjoy the excellent restaurants along the Pine Walk or in the Square they are all close by so you will have plenty to choose from with no need for a car or taxi.

Should you want to explore the rest of the island the bus station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment where you can get buses to all parts of the island including Palma.
