Hi Liam, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience caused during your stay. However, we do need to clarify that the information mentioned in your message is not accurate. We were not informed by the hotel that the children’s pool was going to be closed, and we only became aware of the situation after your message. Unfortunately, as has happened on other occasions, the hotel did not notify us in advance. Regarding the use of sunbeds, moving them to another pool was your own decision. The main pool remained open, and it includes a ramp for easy access, where a child could also safely enjoy the water if desired. We completely understand your frustration, and we truly regret the situation. However, as you can appreciate, this is not something within our control to fix. If we had been informed in advance, we would of course have communicated it to you. Kind regards, Juan.
