We Thank you for your review and take grate comfort from the fact that you will not be returning

Normally I would not respond to a customers complaints on public media but they have used this review to do so. Firstly they should not be posting this review as their holiday was cancelled due to the fact that they did not complete the payment for the holiday. This fact has been confirmed by Home Away and the paragraph below is taken from their email to me today "I have contacted our review moderating team and they confirmed the reservation should have been cancelled due to the missing payment for the traveler to be unable to leave a review". They accuse me of being a dishonest liar and state that I have taken money from people who have holiday Insurance, all of our clients who have had to cancel with the exception of these people have paid in full and have been offered the chance to re book at their convenience. Due to the lack of payment and the fact that they have decided to try and damage my business with this one star review which is full lies and conjecture in accordance clearly posted on our Home Away site, they will not be offered the chance to re book. On a final note, if Home Away admit that this review should not have been posted I do not understand why they have not removed it and I doubt that they will not allow me to post this response.

These clients were absolutely horrible. There were 2 or 3 cockroaches which entered through the roof skylight when they opened it. The Manager attended within 30 minutes of being contacted, they refused to let him him, they them told VRBO they were leaving which they did not, they complained strongly to VRBO who after viewing our video evidence did not uphold their complaint and refused them any kind of refund. It is our belief that they had booked our apartment in a rural area and as they did not have a car did not want to be in such an area. We have no control over what clients write and can only take comfort in the fact that these people will not return. Estos clientes eran absolutamente horribles. Las comodidades no se comparten con nadie más y no lo fueron durante su estadía.
