Maison historique située à un pùté de maisons du campus. Thomas Park en face de la maison avec un sentier pédestre, des arbres et des balançoires ainsi qu'une piscine publique. La maison a une belle arriÚre-cour pour le divertissement. Directement derriÚre la maison se trouve le Cottage Blue à une chambre pour dormir jusqu'à 4 personnes supplémentaires. This is a great and affordable (not including game days) place to stay for a multi-generations family. We all had plenty of space. The only complaint from the grandmas was lack of lighting to read by!

Everything was cleam and cozy, exactly what we expected when we booked the reservation. My kids also loved that there was a park right across the street that they could easily walk to.

What a cute little house in Aggieland! It was the perfect spot for our family to stay while we moved in our daughter for her first year at A&M. The house was well stocked, centrally located, and communication with the hosts was smooth and easy. Gig ‘em!

Great location

We came up for a quick weekend. The location to A&M was perfect. We loved all of the outdoor activities provided and the space was great. Our only complaint is that the beds were very squeaky when sleeping every movement was definitely heard by all.

Weekend Get Away

House was easy to find and in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Our kids took adva tage of the park that was across the street. The house is older but very clean and homey inside. We would definitely rent the property again.

The host was accommodating. The house was tidy and clean for the most part. However, I think the cleaning fee was a little high since one of our beds was not made, there was stuff in the washing machine and stuff in the dryer.

Excellent College Station rental

Excellent property, great location, well equipped kitchen, extra parking on side, across the corner from a quiet park. Would definitely recommend. And the host graciously accommodated a later check out time for us on an Easter holiday.

Great little treasure!

This is a beautiful little house in a great location! We had a wonderful week-long stay. Page was very nice and helpful with any issues that came up. My teens said that this should be our new go-to spot for any trips to College Station. ;)

Outdated and floor is falling through

House is in very bad shape and the floor is caving in in one of the bedrooms. It smells like animals in the house and the shower was very old and dirty looking.

Aggie Ring Family Celebration

Loved this adorable property with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The front porch with table and chairs overlook the park, as does the large front picture window. The backyard was a perfect place to set up our food and enjoy the beautiful evening. Situated close to campus and walking distance to parks and Texas Ave, but tucked in so it's quiet at night. Every amenity for living away from home. Thank you!!

location is perfect

We came to college station for our daughter New Student Conference at ATM. The house was only 3 minutes from campus and made getting around so much easier. I had to bring a long my mother and son and they enjoyed their time at the house will we were at the college.

Family celebration

Spacious, lots of parking, clean, everything worked properly. Great place, Family from 3 generations & 3 States converged to celebrate one member receiving their MD+PhD. This was our 2nd time to rent the 4BD house - liked it so much we rented again, & this time we also rented the 1BD cottage. For those of you who regularly rent, you will know how wonderful & rare it is to be able to state that of 4 toilets & 3 showers, every single one worked & drained properly. This rental is in a very safe neighborhood. Is catty-corner to a nice park for children to play or walk a dog, & close enough to campus that one of our crew did daily runs that direction. Enough dishes, mugs, etc to feed a crowd.

Great location, clean property, good neighborhood, a few fixes needed

Stayed here for a week helping my daughter move into the dorms. The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-stocked with kitchen items. The property manager was very helpful and helped us use the alarm system. There are just a few things that could be easily fixed for an even better stay: One toilet surged water every 5 seconds. Another toilet was not bolted to the floor so it was not usable. The kitchen faucet was not bolted to the countertop, so was difficult to turn on/off. The refrigerator was rickety so every time it was opened it wobbled back and forth. This also caused water to leak into the fridge from the freezer. The wifi had a slow connection. You must have a Netflix account. It was the only service that would work. I did not try to work or hook up my phone to the wifi. The location was perfect and quiet, which we enjoyed.
