All units have air conditioning (a rarity in the heart of Prague), fully equipped kitchens, dining area, smart TVs with streaming services, and high-speed Internet. All Bedrooms have brand new queen-sized beds. The apartments are conveniently located near top restaurants and bars and Prague’s outstanding transportation system (trams, busses, and metro). Complex of five separate apartments. Each apartment can be rented individually or as a whole. Additionally, guests have access to a washing machine and dryer located in the hallway, which are shared with other guests, offering added convenience for longer stays.

This one-bedroom apartment labeled as `D` is a beautifully designed, fully renovated, comfortable penthouse apartment. Take in the magnificent, unobstructed views of historic Old Town, including the famous Prague Castle, Old Town Square and Clementinum Tower, creating a wonderful atmosphere for your stay. Feel the comforts of home in this apartment with its fully equipped open-space kitchen, dining table, smart TV, and A/C. Relax and unwind with a comfortable queen-sized bed and modern bathroom. Ideal for single or a couple. (Note: access requires walking up a flight of 18 stairs. There are two stairs in the apartment). Apartment is conveniently located near top restaurants and bars and Prague’s outstanding public transportation (tram, bus, metro).

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after each stay. This profound cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Provided during your stay:

Please note that basic bed linen (material nylon) and towels are included with your reservation. However, if you prefer hotel-quality linen (Egyptian cotton), we offer this option including complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service for an additional fee of €65. This fee also includes changing hotel-quality linens and towels every two weeks. For additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply.

The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra). If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Thank you! If this option is selected by you, payment for all bi-weekly cleanings is required in advance. Please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins.

Welcoming package of:

- Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls).


Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax.

Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).

2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night (for stays lasting less than 60 days).

3) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.

4) Check-out: by 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys on the table and the remaining trash in the apartment. Close all windows and the main door properly. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and an additional fee may apply.

5) The apartment has a personal check-in free of charge until 21:00 PM. If you arrive after this time, a personal check-in comes with an extra charge - see the price below.

6) The fee for a personal check-in after 21 PM is as follows: 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR / after midnight: 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during the check-in. If your arrival is after 21:00 PM, please inform us as soon as possible (latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.

7) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to 500 €.

8) Pets are not allowed to stay on the premises.

9) Kids under 10 are not allowed to stay on the Premises.

10) More than 2 people are not allowed to stay on the Premises.

11) No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

12) Please, follow the quiet hours. Respect the Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.

13) The primary communication with us is conducted via the platform you used for booking.

14) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.

15) Follow trash disposal instructions and other provided instructions on how to use the appliances of the apartment.

16) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.

17) A deposit of 500 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
