Nichée au cœur du centre-ville de Sarasota, cette colonie d'artistes ne se compose que d'une poignée de maisons reliées entre elles par des passerelles éclairées par des lumières blanches scintillantes, un feuillage luxuriant, des balcons artistiques, des magasins, des galeries, des boutiques, des restaurants et des cafés. Sur cette propriété à Towles Court, j'ai 2 appartements d'une chambre, un à l'étage, un en bas. Ceci est la liste de l'appartement à l'étage. We had a nice stay! The area was quiet. The apartment was clean and comfy. It was in a good distance from the beach, food and shopping! The host was also a pleasure to talk to and would answer quick with any questions.

If you wish to stay in a wonderful area of Sarasota with great and easy access to downtown- this is your place! The unit is clean and comfortable with a touch of history! The privacy is also excellent. We were greeted warmly and enjoyed the visit. We do love downtown and walking. This location is also a very simple drive to area attractions such as St. Armand and Lido Beach. Highly recommend!

It was the perfect apartment in the perfect location. The owner was super responsive and very quickly to any questions I had. It was within walking distance of everything in Sarasota. It was nice and quiet and really cute. Definitely plan to stay here every time I visit. They even had an iron and a coffee maker and all the little things that I didn’t think I might need. Great location great owner.

We really enjoyed staying in The Treehouse. It was in the center of the Sarasota historic district and a minute's drive from everything we wanted to see and do. Christine was lovely to work with, and the apartment itself was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and cozy. If we end up in Sarasota again, we would certainly try to book this location.

We loved the location! The neighborhood is charming and walkable to downtown Sarasota. We loved the secluded garden that was so inviting. Unfortunately, weather didn’t permit us to take advantage of it. We hope to return!

Wanted to see the sights and sounds of downtown Sarasota and this place provided the perfect location and comfortable feel. Christina was very attentive and welcoming. We were just a few blocks from downtown so it was very easy walking to restaurants and shops. Had a very nice stay and would definitely stay again!

Incredibly Cute & Convenient

We checked in on the later side and Christie was very accommodating. We loved the unit, the backyard and the location was perfect for a conference we were attending. What a great escape in the heart of downtown Sarasota with wonderful decor and exceptional host communications!

Working Weekend

Needed a place next to Downtown to go back and forth to Longboard Key. Safe and easy walking to many restaurants. Beautiful location and a great little place !

Host was welcoming. It was unfortunate that we missed any information indicating that the apartment was up a back set of stairs. The stone walkway to the back of the building was uneven and could be dangerous. After talking to the host, we discovered that the previous guests had taken her silverware, so we only had plastic ware for the first day. There was also very little choice in cookware (because we chose to eat in, that was a bit of a challenge). The bathtub and bathroom sink were slow draining. Host had forgotten to take care of that prior to our visit.The apartment itself was cozy and had some lovely character. AC worked fine.

Wonderful location. Peaceful upstairs location with all the amenities as promised.Outstanding central air-conditioning. Well maintained and nicely decorated.Met Christie briefly she is an outstandingHost. Due to the heatwave we were unable to take advantange of the wonderful well appointed private tropical garden area.Thanks Christie for making our stay very special. See you the next time through!

Fantastic Area!

This place is located in Towles Court, a cool little artist colony. We had an awesome stay here, the apartment fit all of our needs. Loved the wall to wall windows. Highly recommend!
