Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located attached villa, in the heart of Laurel Park, in downtown Sarasota. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All the modern conveniences including a new 75" smartTV, kitchen, private yard & free parking. Ground floor villa offering 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds & the living room has a pull out sleeper sofa. BBQ available out back for grilling. Updated 2023.

The Space:
Updated, clean and comfortable, in the heart of Laurel Park in downtown Sarasota. Less than 5 miles to Siesta Key and Lido Key with award winning beaches.

The Neighborhood:
Laurel Park - Downtown Sarasota. Restaurants, shops & services are all walkable.

The Villa offers free Wifi, free parking, and is easily accessible to both Lido Beach (4 miles) and the award winning Siesta Key Beach (6 miles) . Both are typically less than a 15 minute drive (traffic varies during time of year).

Getting Around:
Free parking. Bus Stop at the end of the street. Free "Bay Runner" Bus provided by Sarasota to have free access to Lido Beach & other areas. Hop on/off electric scooters around town. Uber. Lyft. Taxis.

Great property!

The house was very nice, well decorated, very clean, had everything you need and more for a nice stay. The host is very responsive and check in was easy. The location is great, we walked to most places, took the trolley to Lido Key and St Armands Circle. We are very likely to book it again!

Nice place!

Cute property. Nice area. Lots of walking/ running and parks/ restaurants in walkable distances. Didn’t realize no dishwasher. Still can’t get the app to work with many password changes.

Don’t rent this place.

Too many issues to list and the owner believes giving you what you pay for is “going above and beyond”. I checked out after 2 nights of 6 booked and went to Embassy Suites, which is closer to downtown and about the same price. She refunded me $150
.. No way I’d stay in any of her places again.

Rude host

The host was rude and woke me up out of my sleep banging on the door and told my husband to pay her cash when we booked strictly through VRBO. Horrible communication did not message me back when I informed her the app was freezing and I needed a payment request sent to me. I paid for an additional night and she still showed up banging on the door regardless of the night being pre paid for. Do not recommend if you want to sleep early in the morning and your baby is sleeping and you want to relax. Rude rude rude zero customer service.

Excellent Stay

I travel a lot and this was by far the best stay I’ve had in regards to the property manager making sure everything was taken care of, messaging us to make sure we we doing well and asking is if we needed anything additional. The unit we stayed in was immaculately clean, decorated and supplied with everything we needed. We didn’t need anything other than to go to the store and buy food. Everything else was provided
