L'appartement est situĂ© en plein centre d'une calle caractĂ©ristique du centre historique, Ă  quelques pas du cĂ©lĂšbre pont du Rialto. Au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage d'un immeuble du dĂ©but du XXe siĂšcle. EquipĂ© d'un grand salon avec coin cuisine, chambre, salle de bain avec douche et deux terrasses, une au sud donnant sur le jardin privĂ© et vue sur les toits et les terrasses sur le toit oĂč il est agrĂ©able de prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner, se dĂ©tendre, boire un apĂ©ritif;
l'autre donnant sur la calle qui mĂšne Ă  Campo Sant 'Aponal, avec vue sur les clochers de San Silvestro et Sant' Aponal oĂč il fait bon se reposer
A quelques pas se trouve le cĂ©lĂšbre et colorĂ© marchĂ© aux poissons, fruits et lĂ©gumes. Deux supermarchĂ©s et autres services essentiels, tels que les pharmacies de blanchisserie et les guichets automatiques sous la maison. Bien qu'il soit situĂ© au cƓur de Venise, il est trĂšs paisible.

We were pleasantly surprised how perfect this apartment was for us. Mariana met us at the San Silverstro Water Bus stop and walked us to the property (3 minute walk). It was very clean and well equipped. Venice was about half way into our 4 week vacation and having the new washing machine on site was great. The views from our two terraces were outstanding. The property is in a great location and we found it quite easy to find our way around. There were many restaurants to choose from for an excellent meal. It was nice to have a grocery store close by to pick up a few things for breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks. We would highly recommend this property.

Bienvenue à la La sérénissime

Un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en novembre dans cet appartement trĂšs confortable , trĂšs propre , oĂč rien ne manque . Une terrasse bien exposĂ©e . Une chambre trĂšs calme. L’accueil Ă©tait trĂšs convivial malgrĂ© notre retard ! Je ne comprends pas les avis nĂ©gatifs que j’ai pu lire ! Merci pour cet excellent sĂ©jour

Un petit bijou

Nous avons passé 3 jours inoubliables à Venise. L'appartement est un petit bijou idéalement situé : calme, joliment décoré, lumineux et à cÎté de la Station San Silvestro. Un grand merci à Luca pour son accueil chaleureux et sa flexibilité! Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous y reviendrons!

Appartement trĂšs sympa

L’appartement est tout-Ă -fait conforme aux photos, encore mieux en vrai ! Cosy, spacieux, lumineux, joliment dĂ©corĂ©. Logement trĂšs propre, bonne literie, et nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© nos petits dĂ©jeuners sur la terrasse fleurie. Il y a 3 Ă©tages Ă  monter, mais ce n’est pas trop difficile. La climatisation a trĂšs bien fonctionnĂ©, heureusement, vu les fortes chaleurs fin aoĂ»t. L’arrĂȘt du vaporetto « San Silvestro » est juste Ă  quelques mĂštres, pratique pour se rendre Ă  la Place St-Marc ou la Piazzale Roma. Sinon, Ă  pied, l’appartement est situĂ© Ă  5 mns du pont du Rialto, et ensuite Ă  10 Mns de la Place St-Marc. Il y a une supĂ©rette coop en prenant Ă  gauche Ă  la sortie du logement, et des restaurants. Les quartiers de San Polo et Santa Croce sont proches Ă©galement. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Nous y avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Luca, qui nous a accueilli, est charmant et agrĂ©able, et en plus, parle français. Grazie, Luca !

Lieu paradisiaque pour des vacances de rĂȘves.

Ça Silvestro, VoilĂ  une adresse qu'on ne pourra oublier. Nous venons d'y sĂ©journer deux mois avec un immense bonheur. L'accueil de Laura et de Luca est emprunt de sensibilitĂ© et de dĂ©licatesse. Toujours attentifs et prĂ©venants. L'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© Ă  Ă©gale distance de tous les lieux Ă  visiter, dans une rue calme et Ă  portĂ©e quotidienne du magnifique marchĂ© du Rialto. Cet appartement traversant Ă  double orientation est d'une clartĂ© saisissante. Sa terrasse fleurie au dessus des toits est un enchantement. Quel bonheur de goĂ»ter, Ă  l'heure du thĂ© ou du spritz ou des repas, l'atmosphĂšre de Venise en se faisant dorer au soleil. Cet appartement est trĂšs coquet et le lit d'un grand confort. Pour un sĂ©jour long, il y manque peut ĂȘtre un Ă©pluche lĂ©gumes, une sauteuse et une poĂȘle plus grande pour y faire cuire les nombreuses variĂ©tĂ©s de poissons qu'offrent la pĂȘcherie du Rialto. Zentral gelegen und sehr gemĂŒtlich

Wir wurden von Mariana vom Wasserbus abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht, wo sie uns auch alle Dinge erklÀrt hat. Parallel dazu hat sie uns Infos per WhatsApp gesendet. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden und abends kann man bei einem Wein auf einer der beiden Balkone den Abend ausklingen lassen

Location Location!!!

This property is in a great location...literally 2 minutes from the San Silvestre vaporetto stop! Nearby groceries.... 4 minutes to Rialto Market! Many steps to the apartment.....but 2 nice balconies....leather couch a little low to the ground but it was doable!!Had a lovely time and Luca met us right on time!! Would stay again!!

Typically check in time would be 2 or 3:pm we were told not to check in until 5:00 pm and check out time typically would be 11:00 am we were told by Luca to be out @ 9:30 / the morning of check out Luca was there cleaning and making sure we were out pretty much pushing us to leave !! We were told the shower was not working and would be fixed on our second day of stay that did not happen ! Shower was fixed on last day of stay . There were no screens on windows and @ night the mosquitoes were in the apartment and we were getting bites and unable to sleep . Would not recommend this place to anyone !

Room for Improvement

We enjoyed the cozy apartment and it's location, which was ideal for navigating throughout Venezia. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were CHARGED EXTRA UPON ARRIVAL to use air conditioning, which was never discussed or presented upon booking several months in advance. We were also told upon arrival that although our exit time out would be 11:00am, we were required to be out an hour earlier (very rude!) so the next renters could come in. We also discovered the "brand new" internet was inoperable and useless, and we had to rely on our personal hotspots to communicate with the outside world. When we attempted to contact the property management, we did not get any response for over 36 hours, and then were dismissed without any intervention or resolution. Instead we got a reminder that the management would be on site early to ensure we would be out of the apartment early. In the many years of using VRBO and other companies, I have never had an issue with property management before this vacation. This apartment was okay; the owners/management were not.

Super apartment in the center of things, with nice terraces

Great apartment in a very central location, in the heart of everything. You walk out of the door and you have many shops and restaurants, as well as the Rialto market close by. We like this place so much, we have stayed here 3 times! Besides its location, we especially enjoy its two decks - the rear one in particular is private, and great for morning coffee or a glass of wine.

Great location

Nice property in an excellent location! Very close to the San Silvestre vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal. 5 minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge. On the 3rd floor, stairs only. Had everything we needed! Campo San Aponal is literally 30 steps from the front door, with restaurants and shops on streets running to the produce and fish markets in one direction and down the street towards Campo San Polo in the other direction.

Great property located in the middle of Venice with easy walk or Vaporetto ride to everything.

Excellent location in nice, quiet area near restaurants and shopping as well as the tourist sights. The property has two balconies and is well kept. The only reason we hesitated to give it a 5 star rating is that the garbage and waste disposal process requires the renters to "take the garbage with them" upon departure which is a bit confusing and annoying when trying to catch a early flight out of the airport. The washing machine is a time saver and useful for those staying a longer period. We usually ate breakfast at the property and a few dine-in evenings which saved us time and money. There are stairs to be aware of but if you are healthy not any problem. A nice property in a great location. We highly recommend it.

Perfect location!

This apartment is just a 5 min walk from Rialto Bridge, yet is tucked down a quiet alley making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring this wonderful city. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The two terraces are what really stand out: the small front terrace (off the kitchen) was a great spot for some afternoon shade, whilst the larger back terrace (off the bedroom) overlooking the roof tops, was where we spent our evenings enjoying a few glasses of wine. Communication with the owner was good and Luca met us on our arrival and guided us to the apartment, where he gave us lots of information about the property and tips about transport, shops etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to any couple visiting the city of Venice.

tolle Lage - 2 Balkone - empfehlenswert fĂŒr Kurzaufenthalte

Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone (Sonne frĂŒh bis abend!), viel Licht und eine super Lage. Die Wohnung ist ĂŒber einige Treppen erreichbar. Das Bett brĂ€uchte mal wieder eine neue Matratze aber ansonsten ist alles super. BettwĂ€sche, Klopapier, Handseife, etc. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort (Luca) hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und uns herzlich begrĂŒĂŸt. Die Ferienwohnung ist beim Campo St.Aponal. Die RialtobrĂŒcke ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß weg- auch der Markt und ein Supermarkt sind ums Eck. Man kann alles per Fuß erreichen. Zu den Kosten der Ferienwohnung kommen die Heizkosten (bzw. Klima) und die Tourismusabgabe hinzu. FĂŒr einen Kurztrip ist die Wohnung perfekt!

Great Location and amenities.

Luca was a great host and met us at the boat station and took us on our short walk to our apartment. The location was perfect. Away from the noise and gave us a chance to walk around some of the more residential "local" areas. The apartment is an easy walk to the Rialto bridge as well. The apartment was appointed well with everything you need including morning coffee. Two Balconies offer you a nice choice to enjoy the sounds and energy of the area.
