Excellent location- away from the noise and chaos but a quick enough walk to find it if you choose. Wonderful area with interesting history and plenty to do. The place has a lovely balcony which we had a bottle of wine on selected with help/tastings from a local restaurant. Couldn’t recommend this enough a perfect place to stay from in Venice. Hosts were very quick to respond to needs and allowed us to drop off our luggage before exploring considering the timing of our train.

An amazing stay - perfect quiet area that’s so close to everything! Truly a 10/10! We loved how the location was far enough from the crowds but close enough to enjoy the “must do” things. Hoping we can come back in the future!!

This an amazing place to stay! It is in a quiet area but there are really good resturaunts within a few minutes walk. It is very roomy inside and the air-conditioning works great. Staying here made our trip unforgettable! The balcony is so nice and a great place to relax. It did not feel like we were tourists it is far removed from the crouds, yet we coukd walk to all the sites. We would stay here again!

In my opinion, the pictures don’t do it justice! The space is so clean and lovely, it literally feels like a home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, pots/pans, storage for clothes, and extra accommodations. It had everything you need and more. The host was super sweet and helpful. There were recommendations and a book of what to do for trash/recycling. Overall amazing stay, and would definitely recommend. The balcony had a great view, and it’s the best thing to wake up to in the morning.

The description lived up to the real thing, loved the balcony and the view of the canal from it. It was within decent walking distance of everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location

Comminication was top notch from the owners; check-in was a breeze. Location was perfect for accessing water taxis to and from the airport. Quiet location, but only a short walk to hustle and bustle. Great stay!

Overall I liked the apartment. It was smaller than I expected but really wasn't an issue. It is away from the high traffic areas which I liked. You will get the sounds of people living in close proximity, but that is to be expected in Venice. A couple of issues we didn't like. Construction was being accomplished on the apartment above ours. It looks to be a complete remodel and the noise was not good and I think that should have been known, and warned at time of booking. Another other issue was the AC "mini split" unit was difficult to operate. The remote control was broken and batteries dead. After one uncomfortable warm night, I bought new batteries, was able to hold the unit together and finally get the unit started, but then I couldn't stop it, so the next nights were colder than desired, but fixable with blankets. Clear instructions on how to operate the unit would be helpful. Last, the bed (in the bedroom) is a sofa bed and not all that comfortable (there is also a sofa bed in the kitchen).

Se ci avessi contattati, saremmo passati molto volentieri per verificare il problema e fare del nostro meglio per garantirti una permanenza confortevole. L’impianto di aria condizionata si utilizza tramite un telecomando standard, semplice e intuitivo. Per quanto riguarda i rumori, si tratta generalmente dei normali suoni della vita quotidiana dei vicini; durante le ore di silenzio, la zona è tranquilla e viene rispettato il riposo notturno. Infine, come indicato nell’annuncio, l’appartamento dispone di una camera doppia e di un divano letto aggiuntivo in salotto. Siamo felici che tu abbia apprezzato la posizione tranquilla e ti ringraziamo per il tuo feedback, che ci aiuta a migliorare. Speriamo di poterti accogliere nuovamente!

LOVED this apartment. Know that you are renting from an apartment group and not an individual. They had great communication and we loved the location. It was completely away from the tourist areas and we enjoyed dining around locals and going to the grocery. Loved the little balcony and spent 6 hours one day just enjoying wine and food and watching the neighborhood function.

the location is great. It is clean. But simples things that makes a VRBO a plaisant palce to stay are missing: Coffee, salt,peper, cooking ustensil,Rags to clean the counter, the cleaner to go with it. The visitor instruction seem like they are there since the last 25 years, very used... Very quiet place. This place belong to a Business and the lack of the owner touch shows.

Beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location in Venice! It was just far enough away from the hustle of the town, but still close enough that everything was only a short walk away! We had a great view of the canal! Our only issue was we got covered in mosquito bites. :( To get airflow, we had to open the windows at night, and apparently the mosquitoes came right in! Other than that, it was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Serene, wonderful location close to train station but away from the tourists. Sofabed worked well for our party of 3. Great communication and easy check in and out. Much better than booking the overpriced hotels. Highly recommend!
