Duplex propre et moderne en bord de mer à distance de marche des restaurants, des divertissements et des magasins. Les deux étages sont disponibles à la location. Ce duplex de haut en bas offre 3 BR (7 couchages) et 1 salle de bain par étage avec parking hors rue (2 véhicules par unité). Profitez de belles vues sur l'océan depuis le pont supérieur et une vue partielle sur l'océan depuis le niveau inférieur en raison des dunes de sable.

Chaque unité a une cuisine complète, A / C central, laveuse, sécheuse, douche extérieure, gril à gaz, 2 télévisions à écran plat et WIfi. Chaises de plage, parasol et 6 badges de plage sont également fournis avec chaque unité.

Home away from Home

From the minute we walked into this home, we felt like we were at our own home. After renting on LBI for over 15 years, we have never been so happy. With two kids 5 and under, the location can’t be beat!! We were so thankful we were allowed to bring our pups; who are a huge part of our family. We had the honor to meet Adrienne and Dan, the owners, and nicest couple ever. We will never stay anywhere else. We found our home away from home! Thank you Adrienne and Dan for making our summer vacation so perfect!

Great Location

Great vacation at a beautiful Oceanfront home with a Great view of the dunes and ocean. Walking distance to the beach , restaurants , nightlife and many other attractions. Can't go wrong with this one.

Quiet beach getaway

This home was perfect for our quiet beach getaway. It had everything we neeeded, and the gated in porch was great for our dog. We loved being able to hang out on the porch, or the chairs just off it if we wanted some sun. The quick walk to the beach or restaurants and shops was perfect. We would love to come back sometime!

Just what we needed!

Our stay was perfect. I was coming alone with my two kiddos and dogs and it was the perfect setup. The beach was right there so no lugging kids and toys and blankets etc. We stayed on the first floor so I didn’t have to worry about stairs and gates for the babies. It was actually relaxing!! Adrienne is absolutely amazing and lovely. She made us feel so warmed and welcome. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for the perfect escape.

Great family stay!

Thanks to Adrienne & Dan for this wonderful rental! The location, with beach views and easy breezy beach access, made this the perfect location for my family’s little off season getaway. From my infant to my 90 year old father, we all enjoyed. The owners are very responsive, the place is well appointed, and the open living area makes the space feel roomy. Sunlight pours in from the porch, and you really don’t need to leave the house to feel like you’re at the beach. But when you do, it’s simple. Covid cleaning protections taken seriously, so we also felt safe! We will most certainly return!

A Dream!

It was a dream to wake up every day for a week in Adrienne and Dan's beautiful home. We saw beautiful ocean views even from the first floor, dolphins while at the beach (!) and a bunny that hopped through the dunes in front of the house at 7:30 am each day. The huge deck was amazing for morning coffee and welcome shade after a day at the beach. The house is clean, bright and airy, the kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were all very comfortable, and we loved the outdoor shower. In short, there are not enough wonderful words to describe our experience and we would definitely rent here again!

Great time had by all

We came down for my buddy's Batchelor party of 6 guys. We had originally had other palns to go to Florida, but Covid changed that and we were not disappointed . We had to book this property with less two months notice. Loved this place, the owners were great and very fast with responding to a few last minute questions. 100% would stay again and already recommended to friends and family.

Lovely oceanfront spot, very comfortable with all amenities. Perfect for 5 of us. Very well set up--outdoor showers, hoses, gas grill, big porch. Adrienne was great to deal with and very responsive.

Perfect piece of heaven

We were so in need of some time away after sheltering in place for three months, it felt like we touched down in heaven upon arrival. The house was immaculate and cute as can be. And the location, right on the beach with four perfect white Adirondack chair sitting in the sand waiting for arrival. We will be back!

Ship Bottom Getaway

Adrienne's property is just like home. It's clean and the amenities are perfect. We love the view from the porch and easy access to the beach. Having an opportunity to bring our Bernese Mountain Dog with us made it possible to enjoy our stay even more. An overall wonderful experience.

We’re very invested in this property and take a lot of pride in the improvements we’ve made for our guests. Our goal is to provide value for your hard-earned vacation.

We chose LBI for the surf fishing and the relaxed atmosphere. We chose this property for the views and the rental history. Since then, we've come to appreciate the original beach cottages located on our block and the homeowners who maintain them. It feels good to be here and we hope our renters will feel the same way.
