Ce condo de bain de 2 chambres à coucher 2 entièrement rénové avec un parking couvert et un ascenseur est situé sur les rives de la belle rivière Comal et fait partie de l'Inverness à New Braunfels Resort. Cet établissement se trouve en face du célèbre parc aquatique Schlitterbahn, à quelques pas des boutiques, restaurants et discothèques du centre historique de New Braunfels, à 10 minutes des boutiques historiques de Gruene, des restaurants, du Gruene Hall et du Texas Hill Country.
Le balcon couvert donne sur de beaux arbres et une vue partielle sur la rivière et la cuisine entièrement équipée et laveuse / sécheuse vous fait sentir à la maison. Profitez de la vue magnifique sur la rivière Comal depuis l'immense terrasse extérieure et la pelouse, les tables de pique-nique, les chaises longues et la grande piscine. Essayez vos compétences grillades sur l'une des nombreuses fosses de barbecue surplombant la rivière. La plupart des pourvoyeurs de tubes locaux offrent un service de ramassage pour vous emmener au début de la route des tubes de la rivière et viendra vous chercher à la sortie des derniers tubercules. Ou pour seulement un flotteur de 45 minutes, utilisez l'accès sur la propriété pour mettre votre tube dans la rivière et profiter d'une promenade de 5-10 minutes à la propriété après la sortie à la sortie des derniers tubercules. Certains clients aiment jeter un tube dans la rivière et juste flotter devant la propriété.
Ce condo fabuleux est votre escapade parfaite et la maison loin de la maison pour profiter de tous les festivals et événements toute l'année à New Braunfels et les collines environnantes.

Wonderful stay

Condo is so roomy, had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Kitchen fully equipped, beds were very comfortable. Great access to the river with a great pool to relax. Property owner was amazing to work with, answered questions and communication was excellent. Definitely be back!

This place was great!

We had the best time. The property was just or even better than the picture. Great spot and beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Owner was very good at getting back to us on any questions. Over all great place and we will most definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay at this property. The location is great ! Walk to town, the bakery, the library, Landa Park, the Faust Street Bridge and more! Easy drive for groceries and other shopping. Delia, the property manager was fantastic to work with. You will love this place!!

Property was beautiful—exactly as pictured—and perfect for our stay! My HS and college-age daughters and I had a fantastic time tubing (location could not be better) and enjoying New Braunfels activities. Delia reached out before our stay and was very helpful and responsive to my questions about activities in the area. —Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful location!!

Clean!!! The location could not be better. Easy access to the river and 2 tubes are at the cabin for your use. The pool is situated right next to the river and there are plenty of dinning options close by. The host is amazing and super helpful with any questions we had. The best thing about this place was the rooms were blacked out so we had the opportunity to sleep in. We loved it ❤️

This condo was so perfect for us. We stayed for over 5 weeks. It is clean, updated nicely, and well stocked. The furniture and bed were comfortable. The location can't be beat. We walked to town almost every day. We enjoyed floating on the river right from the condo. It was a relaxing float with a short walk back. The large patio overlooking the pool and river was nice. A plus was meeting other winter visitors there. I absolutely 100 percent recommend this condo.

Floating the Comal

We had a wonderful trip to New Braunfels. The condo was in the perfect location. We were able to go to Schlitterbahn and walk to and from the condo. The kids also loved swimming in the pool overlooking the Comal. We used our own floats (and the ones provided) to float from the condo to the last exit on the Comal which was about 40 minutes. We also drove up to the beginning of the Comal and did the full float. We were able to jump right out at the condo. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely be back!!!

Overall my family had a great experience. My kids loved the private access to the river and swimming pool. Me not so much because of the stairs you have to take to get to them (I have a bad hip) My husband loved the location of the bbq pit area overlooking the River and being able o keep an eye on the kids (teenagers). We have a 5 and 6 year old that we didn’t take on this trip and we are very glad we didn’t as I don’t think the other condo owners would like their loudness lol. But like I said overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

I love the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country, the genuinely kind people and the never ending opportunities for adventures!

After exploring the limitless splendor of the Texas Hill Country and researching possible vacation rentals for 10 years, I knew I had found the best when I purchased this wonderful property. The location on the banks of the spring fed Comal River with the expansive lawn, swimming pool, huge deck with plentiful chairs and tables, BBQ pits shaded by trees is perfect. The property is directly across the street from Schlitterbahn, walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and nightlife, 10 minutes to historic Gruene and central to all the other charming towns in the Texas Hill Country.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location and limitless amenities of this property makes it easy to enjoy a peaceful escape by never having to leave the property or it could serve as a perfect home base to explore the charming and beautiful surrounding areas.
This condo also has the unique advantage of being all one level on the 1st floor and easily accessible from the secure covered parking garage with elevator directly below the condo. These features are extremely important for safe and easy loading and unloading from the assigned parking space to the condo, especially during inclement weather.
