Wonderful place to stay in Stow

We really enjoyed all the small touches and care that went into making Teagles cottage a lovely and cozy place to stay. The location is excellent for walking around Stow and is close to restaurants and coffee shops. The home has everything you need and is very clean and comfortable.

Lovely cottage with lots of homely touches. Felt like home from home. My friends and I said we would definitely return and would highly reccomend.

Lovely, comfortable in great location

Our family of three stayed three nights in this beautiful and comfortable home. I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this ranked very high in terms of condition, maintenance and communication and detailed instructions. The only set back was the home was listed as having two king size bedrooms but they were queen. It might be a difference between the U.K. and the U.S descriptions but the misunderstanding meant one couple slept in two separate bedrooms. Not horrible but we did not anticipate it. I’m sure Lindsay who was great can chime in. The location was the best and we loved being so close to shops and restaurants.

The Teagles Cottage was one of the best places we've stayed as a short term rental. It was in a perfect location for access to restaurants, coffee and shopping in Stow on the Wold. The cottage was very clean and felt like home. Our host left us a welcome basket that we really enjoyed and she also had many suggestions for us for dining and walking. She was also very acccomodating with requests that we made. I'm hoping we can go back there at some point.....it was delightful.

Fantastic stay!

Lovely property in excellent location (2 min walk from shops/pubs/takeaways). Very clean, comfortable beds and lots provided for cooking/dining. Excellent communication with the host - would highly recommend for a lovely Cotswold stay.

Wonderful cottage in Stow-on-the-Wold

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming cottage. The location was ideal—just minutes from great restaurants and shopping. The house was cozy, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I’d absolutely love to come back!

Absolutely perfect!

We had such a wonderful time at Teagles’ Cottage. It is an adorable, spacious 4 bedroom 2 1/2 house in a wonderful location. Close to all villages, Stow in the Wold has the advantage of a variety of restaurants and shopping without quite as many crowds.You have everything you need for a lovely vacation in the Cotswolds. The house was spotless, well decorated with excellent linens and comfortable beds. Communication with management was sterling. Highly recommend - the only downside was having to leave!

Wonderful cottage in excellent location

Excellent location, lovely cottage, wonderful & warm hospitality from owner. The cottage is located right off the main street in Stow-in-Wold, making it easily walkable to all of the wonderful restaurants and shops in the village. We had a great stay and would recommend to others looking to stay in a central location in the Cotswolds.

The cutest Cottage in the best location!

We had a fantastic three-night stay here and couldn’t have asked for more. The location was perfect (just off the high street) making everything easily accessible. The property was spotless, the bedding smelled fresh, and it was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including cleaning products and basic essentials like salt and pepper. Lindsay was incredibly helpful and always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. She also went the extra mile by leaving some lovely sweet treats for us and the kids on arrival, along with games to keep them entertained. A truly welcoming and well-prepared stay… we’d happily return!

Fantastic retreat for a weekend away

Such a beautiful house and it was impeccably clean. Fantastic communication from the owner with recommendations for where to go and what to eat. We had such a relaxing time meant easier by the comfort of the house.
