Property was the perfect size for our part of 5 adults. Walkable into the center of Zermatt, close to the free buss stop and easily accessible by taxi. The views of the Matterhorn are stunning! The apartment is clean, quiet and comfortable.

Beautuiful view of the matterhorn. House is outside of town but bus stop is nearby. Taxis are expensive in Zermatt but there are plenty of them Beautiful town

This apartment has a splendid view of the Matterhorn from the living room, complete with an outside balcony facing the Matterhorn! Our family of four fit nicely with sleeping spaces upstairs. Communication with the owner was timely and smooth. It was quiet around the apartment building at night.

Very pleasant, clean apartment with incredible views, about ten minutes’ walk, or a bus ride, to the lifts. Excellent communications with the host Chaira. Well equipped small kitchen, (no microwave or toaster that we could see, but that was not a big issue). The second bedroom has bunk beds rather than a double - worth knowing. Slight frustration was the lack of a stand-up shower, but after a day on the slopes a soak in the bath did the job. Generally very happy with the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay here and would happily return.Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and very accommodating when we thought we might arrive late. Check-in instructions were thorough and helpful; note that you do need to walk to the property, and if you’re carrying luggage or snowboards it’s much easier to approach from Wiestiboden (downhill). The apartment has a full kitchen that worked well for cooking and eating in, three bedrooms (the third is small and feels like a converted closet, but our son actually loved it), and two bathrooms, which was a big plus. The living room has a beautiful Matterhorn view and a great central location to hang out.While the shower has a slanted ceiling that can be tricky for taller people, the bathtub is a good alternative. Rooms were spacious and had extra beds.Logistically, the place is very well set up for a ski trip. There’s an elevator for hauling heavy gear, the heater worked perfectly and dried our gear quickly, and there’s even a sauna (coin-operated with Swiss francs and takes a bit of time to use). It’s an easy walk into town without gear, and with ski equipment the red line bus was very convenient—we mainly used it to get to the Matterhorn Express. The location is about halfway between town and the Matterhorn Express, so neither is right next door, but both are a manageable 10–15 minute walk. Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location and a wonderful place to stay in Zermatt.

The views from this apartment are absolutely stunning!! There was plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with the expected amenities for eating in. As others have mentioned, the shower is challenging, but manageable.The walk from the Zermatt Shuttle station is about 20 minutes, and if you go the way we did, includes 174 stairs; very tricky if you have lots of luggage (there are taxi and bus options, but we're stupid and decided to walk). However, the walk is scenic and at the end you get to sit on the deck and marvel at the Matterhorn. The communication from the host was excellent!I hope to be back in Zermatt again someday; when that day comes I would be thrilled to stay in this apartment again.
