Bienvenue à Zermatt! L'appartement est idéalement situé, totalement remis à neuf en 2010, très bien entretenu depuis et équipé (voir liste),Il comprend une confortable et grande salle de séjour avec coin repas, 1 chambre dotée d'un lit double et 1 chambre à deux lits séparés , 1 salle de bains. La cuisine est séparée; vous pourrez y préparer tout type de repas, ou utiliser le micro-onde pour les repas livrés à domicile, selon vos goûts. Vous profiterez de 2 terrasses : sud et nord, Prenez un café en profitant d'une vue étendue, sur le Cervin au Sud et sur la vallée de Saas au Nord.
La propreté et l'hygiène sont primordiales. Nous utilisons des produits désinfectants pour toutes les zones sensibles (surfaces, poignées de porte, salle de bain, cuisine) et lavons le linge de toilette et les draps à haute température.
Zermatt est un village sans voitures, animé en toutes saisons mais peu bruyant.Toutes les commodités sont situées à quelques minutes de marche. La gare est à 3 minutes, la navette pour le Matterhorn-Express à 50 mètres !
Hors saison , il est possible de louer pour moins d'une semaine, le minimum est de 4 nuitées.
Notre gérante sur place prépare l'appartement et vous assistera en cas de problème.

We love this apartment! It has everything we need and is the perfect home base for a week in Zermatt. The fruit, coffee, spices are a welcoming touch. We love the view of the Matterhorn from the apartment balcony. We will be back.

Fabulous stay! Very clean, well appointed with everything you need for a restful stay. Views are wonderful. Close walk to multiple grocery stores, train station. Only 15 minute walk to Matterhorn bang. No taxi service needed for anything. Enjoyed our stay very much. Communication and directions with host and care taker were excellent. Very comfortable, highly recommended.

The view of Matterhorn looks better than pictures. The English check-in process needs improvements - be sure to ask which floor the apartment is on, and how to open the door.

The view of the Matterhorn from the living room...spetacular. Different lighting of it during the day and early evening.The kitchen had plenty of utensils and everything you need to make a meal. Welcoming fruitbowl on the table and instructions on how eveything worked. One word FANTASTIC! Owner was also accessible by email and there was help in the building.

Holiday heaven

This was my second stay at this flat in the Imperial. I enjoyed the first stay that I returned for two weeks this time. Again everything about the flat was perfect: location, space, cleanliness, kitchen equipment, wifi, responsiveness of the host, instructions for arrival. I will stay here again if I can.

This Condo Has It All

This condo was the best accommodations we had on our two week Switzerland trip. The location is perfect - very close to the train station and grocery store. The view of the Matterhorn is magnificent and the large balcony is delightful. The condo is roomy and cozy. Good shower, kitchen and wifi. Highly recommend.

Perfect location.

Start with a short bus ride to Matterhorn Paradise gondola. Even though this condois a 3 min walk to the Gornograt train. My humble opinion.

I perfectly agree: Gornergrat ride is for lovers of easy skiing and hikers; to enjoy a real high mountain experience, ride the shuttle bus (50 m. from the house) and climb to the Klein Matterhorn! I usually follow with a descent in Italy (expensive but worth it) - may take the whole day !

Nice well stocked lodging.

All good except poor laundry facilities that did not fully dry clothes. Lack of initial communication as to my room number and key. Hot water, great view, clean linens (although the pillows were flat). Kitchen well stocked with supplies for cooking. Great picture of Matterhorn. Shower glass wall partially broken.

The information bug about the exact location of the flat has been fixed and it is accessible online. I wasn’t informed of the damage on the shower glass, which was intact in March . Wonderful to be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Since we have stayed here in the past we knew what to expect and our devices even connected automatically to the WiFi. Everything was perfect. We always appreciate the coffee, spices, and fruit platter awaiting us on arrival. This time we even saw beautiful meteor showers of of the balcony at night in addition to the breathtaking Matterhorn views. We will be back!

This was home away from home. The apartment is very cosy, well appointed, quiet, and very close to the train station, Zermatt’s Main street and a Coop grocery store. The views of Matterhorn from the living room are cherry on top. There is a folder with very detailed instructions just about everything one needs to know about the property. The owner and the property manager were very nice and very responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this place in the future.

If I can give this apartment 10 starts I will do it but I can only give 5. Complete spacious and roomy apartment with a great location . The host went beyond our expectations. Apartment is located in the four floor with elevator. Thank you We highly recommend for the fruit.

Perfect location, nice and quiet

This property is close to the train station but you can't hear any noise at all (although there is building work going on around but presumably not in the winter). The apartment is nice and big with TWO balconies and an amazing view of the matterhorn. Having my morning coffee on the balcony, looking at the view was an experience I won't forget! We needed to do laundry when we arrived and a card was dropped off to us right away which was SO appreciated! Comfortable beds, lots of room, well stocked kitchen. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Stay in Zermatt

We had a marvelous stay at this apartment in Zermatt. From the beginning, our hosts were great with communications leading up to the trip. I'm sorry we didn't get to meet in person, but Jean-Francois provided all the information we needed, and was responsive to any questions that came up, which were few! The apartment was even better than the pictures, especially the views of the Matterhorn! We just marveled every day that we could look out at it. The apartment was very well equipped, and very comfortable for us. I was traveling with my dad, who has mobility issues, and although we had to navigate a few stairs in the foyer and leading into the building with his mobility scooter, it still was very doable. The apartment location made it really easy for us to walk to shops, restaurants, and the train stations. There was a stop for the free electric bus just half a block away; but we only used that the day we went to the Glacier Paradise - everything else was withing walking and mobility-scooter distance! Thank you, Jean-Francois, for being a marvelous host, and allowing us to enjoy Zermatt from your great apartment! We highly recommend it!!

Nous sommes un couple habitant Genève. Je suis médecin, mon épouse, biologiste a eu une carrière bien remplie, son dernier poste étant la direction de la Croix-Rouge Genevoise. Nous aimons beaucoup Zermatt où nous nous sommes connus et où nous avons séjourné de très nombreuses fois avant d'acquérir, en 2007, l'appartement qui vous est proposé. Nous continuons de l'occuper quelques semaines par an pour des vacances, ce qui explique un certain nombre de semaines non disponibles.
Nous sommes parfois en voyage (photo) et nous faisons de notre mieux pour rester cependant en contact quotidien avec nos hôtes.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Nous aimons partager notre expérience de Zermatt, une des stations les plus mythiques des Alpes ! Seule Chamonix rivalise en voisinage avec autant de sommets de plus de 4000 mètres, et rares sont les sites européens où, comme ici, on peut skier toute l'année dans de très bonnes conditions
Vos locations nous permettent d'entretenir parfaitement notre appartement de vacances, ce qui en retour vous offre un logement confortable, toujours impeccablement propre et très bien équipé.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

La vue et l'ensoleillement: Pour Zermatt, station orientée au Nord, l'ensoleillement de l'appartement est maximum et vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse par beau temps pratiquement toute l'année.
La situation: de par son emplacement, l'immeuble est à proximité de toutes les commodités. Pour les skieurs: 3 minutes à pied pour la gare du Gornergrat, une minute à peine pour la navette en direction du Matterhorn Paradise, 5 minutes pour le Sunnega-Express. Les commerces et la plupart des restaurants sont à 3-7 minutes de marche - puisqu'on ne prend pas sa voiture ici.
Le calme: il est parfait, ponctué seulement par les (rares) conversations des piétons au pied de l'immeuble. Dès la fin d'avril jusqu'à fin mai, et en octobre-novembre, vous entendrez des hélicoptères et des camions, faisant la navette pour les chantiers de construction. Ce bruit cesse vers 16 heures et le calme est parfait. Pour les amateurs d'animation, Zermatt est une station qui vit toute l'année, et a ses points chauds: le Village/Hotel Post, le Papperla à l'heure de l'apéritif et d'autres lieux encore.
