Magnifique plage de l'océan escapade dans recherché station Indian River Plantation, une station Marriott 4 étoiles avec accÚs direct à l'océan et la plage privée. Double balcon avec vue imprenable sur l'océan et piscine privée. Vue sur le lac de la chambre d'hÎtes et porte d'entrée. Ce condominium est entiÚrement rénové avec des carreaux de tonalité de couleur sable, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle ouverte sur le balcon regarder l'océan et piscine privée chambre des maßtres et salle. La cuisine et le salon ont une vue sur l'océan. L'appartement est trÚs calme et familial.

Beaucoup de restaurants de villégiature, des spas, des piscines avec et activités sont à distance de marche et sont également accessibles par le service station de tramway. Plusieurs fois, ma famille et moi avons monté le service de tram juste pour la tournée des lieux et profiter de la brise de l'océan ouvertes constamment présents dans ce paradis escapade.

I know the condo was under renovation but the scaffling was in front of our balcony the entire trip. The pool was very nice and it was nice to walk the beach.....just steps away.

Beach Getaway

The property was clean. However, when my daughter was sitting on the couch, she was repeatedly bitten by something (bedbugs?), although no one else was bitten. I understand maintenance work is necessary, but would have liked to know before booking the stay. We were told that they would not start before 9:00 a.m., but they started at 8:00 every morning.

Great place to stay with easy access to beach. Plenty of room and clean condo. Chris communicates well in advance and offered suggestions on places to eat.

I've had better.

Not great view of the ocean, too low with plant covered sand hill blocking site of waves. Full view of pool, which I'd rather not have. No washcloths at all!! No garbage bags. No over head lights in bedrooms. No parking spot under building (like other apartments had), had to park outside. Poor quality pots and pans if you want to cook. Need better towels. too, white would be best to bleach. Also, guest bath shower had trouble draining, both of us used master shower.

Lovely patio

Spent a few days in this lovely condo, enjoyed having morning coffee with a view. Beds were very comfortable. close to shopping and restaurants. The property is great for taking walks morning noon and evening. I would stay here again.

Ocean Getaway

If you love the ocean like I do, this location is fantastic! Every morning I enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony! Loved our walks on the beach and over the intercostal waterway. The location is great for local dining and easy to get to downtown Stuart where there are lots of shops and food. The public areas of the condo were cleaned daily. The condo was comfortable and was equipped with pretty much everything you need. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that the master bedroom sliding glass doors did not open. I don’t really know why they were not functioning but sleeping to the sound of the ocean would of made our stay perfect. -Maryellen Cox

Beautiful area, quiet, easy access to condos and beach, shopping. Chris was easy to email with my questions. We had planned to drive but went ahead an took a plane. Older building, but you wouldn't realize it. Very comfortable. We had a great time.

Great location!

The location of this property can't be beat ... it's right on the beach, has a pool, and is steps away from a great little tiki bar. The condo looks like it has been recently updated with the exception of the bathrooms. That being said, the bathrooms were fine - clean and functional. The deck is very large and has a wonderful view of the ocean (it's not high enough to see the beach, but that's no big deal). It's also great for watching the sunrise or the stars. I would stay here again.

Older, but nice property

My husband and I with our 2 collage student children rented this property for 4th of July weekend. Door code was emailed so no check in necessary. The apartment was older, but had everything we needed and was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view ❀ Our only "issue" would be the master sliding doors with access to the patio.. they were off track and not able to close all the way, which led to the bedroom being warmer than the rest of the place.. Maintenance was made aware and someone came out to "fix" it.. he did not fix it, only was able to get the doors to close all the way and we were asked to just not use them. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay. Thank you, Chris, for allowing us the week at the beach! Would definitely come again.

Our private condominium in the Indian River Plantation is the perfect blend of resort style enjoyment with the chance to remain in our private and quiet sanctuary. Come and enjoy the private beach or walk down to the resort beach area to enjoy some people watching, shelling, water surfing, boating, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, etc, etc, etc. It has it all right out the front door.

Ahh the feeling of peaceful vacation abounds once you travel over the causeway bridge and smell the ocean air. Feel the stress drip away as you enter the resort and drive to the private Spoonbill community. One of the best feelings is waking up to the ocean waves crackling the shore and realizing the only decision to make is which activity to enjoy this new day.
