All abusive, disorderly, violent, or harassing conduct by the guest is subject to immediate eviction with no refund issued.

In the unlikely event of any damages you must inform the host immediately so it may be assessed and you will liable to pay the damages as reasonably expected.

Strictly NO SMOKING apartment. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 2500 to AED 4000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
