Belle grande maison de 5 chambres à coucher 3. 5 dans un excellent emplacement.

La propriété est une maison de ville de quatre étages dans une rue calme. Le premier étage est un grand salon, salle à manger avec des sièges pour 16, un demi-bain et une grande cuisine entièrement équipée. Le deuxième étage dispose d'une grande chambre de maître avec baignoire, deux autres chambres et un "jack et jil: l bath. Le troisième étage a une autre belle chambre à coucher avec tous les plafonds, une autre grande chambre et un grand bain. Il y a un espace en tandem avec une place pour deux petites voitures ou une grande. La maison a un excellent réseau sans fil, machine à glaçons et laveuse / sécheuse. Vérifiez les 3 semaines complètes en juin, juillet et août.

We had a lovely stay with our two adult children and two granddaughters. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. It was conveniently located to the zoo which was why we made the visit to DC. Paul and Kath were excellent hosts and catered to our needs!

The house was great with lots of room for our family. We stayed over Thanksgiving and found everything we needed to cook a big feast in the well-equipped kitchen. They made check out VERY easy -- there was not a HUGE list of tasks to complete which we really appreciated as we had an early flight to catch our last day. I would note that there are steep stairs to enter the house from the street. We had one 90 year old in our group who managed them but we quickly found that entering from the back of the house was much easier.

“Unfortunately, this stay was not as advertised. The listing stated there was a washer and dryer, which was not available upon arrival. More concerning, we discovered the same day that there were two men living in the basement that were never disclosed in the listing. Several of Bridesmaids had the encounter at night when we arrived we had roommates... This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Transparency is extremely important when booking a place, and this was a major issue. We ended up leaving early due to these concerns. I would not recommend unless the host becomes more upfront about the living situation and amenities.” Oh and parking is horrible and only one car can park in the garage because tenant car is parked in other. Had dirty and comforters on bed clearly hasn't been washed. Old yellow stained pillows needs be thrown out. But old house is gem but false advertised property is extremely unacceptable for amount of money there charging

We have rented our beautiful house hundreds of times to decent people. This group is scammers and never paid for their stay and are trying to ruin my home. Vrbo should exclude them and pay me .

Perfect Historic Property

This historic gem was perfect for my friends and I while in town for our 20 year college homecoming. The rooms were large, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything that you needed for meals together. Lots of furniture for dining together, relaxing, and catching up. Highly recommend.

We held this house as an investment for 11 years and moved in ourselves four years ago. Paul is in the home renovation business and Kathleen is a lawyer. This is our private home, where we live most of the year. We enjoy renting out the house to guests when we are traveling.

This is an ideal location in the city, Columbia Heights, and has plenty of space for a large group, a family or group of friends. Columbia Heights has restaurants and nightlife, and is a quick Metro or Uber ride to museums, the mall, Arlington cemetery, and other sight-seeing in Washington DC.

The large rooms with tall ceilings make every room super cozy. All the rooms have baths. We have black out blinds for late sleepers. Large windows all have great city views.
