Le Village est une communauté charmante avec de beaux trottoirs formidables pour faire de la promenade ou faire de la vélos, et offre à ses clients une grande piscine communautaire et un centre de remise en forme. Les magnifiques plages d'émeraudes ne sont qu'à une courte promenade, à vélo ou en voiture. Visitez les excellents restaurants, la musique et les boutiques de Blue Mountain Beach ou montez à vélo et parcourez les magnifiques pistes cyclables longeant 30A vers les communautés voisines telles que Grayton, Watercolor, Seaside et Dune Allen! Les points de vente sont même à seulement 15 minutes en voiture! Cet emplacement est imbattable!

Notre condo en bord de mer est comme votre maison loin de chez soi avec 4 chambres spacieuses (toutes avec leur propre téléviseur), patio calme, cuisine équipée et même des jeux pour toute la famille. Nous avons également inclus deux chaises de plage et un chariot de plage disponible pour votre séjour. Après une journée de plaisir à la plage et à la piscine, réconfortez le canapé pour un film sur le lecteur Blu-ray ou Netflix. N'oubliez pas d'essayer un délicieux dessert à Blue Mountain Creamery juste en bas de la rue! Vous ne le regretterez pas!

Great stay

The 30A Getaway is in the perfect location! My husband and so stayed with my parents and 2 aunts for a family wedding. It is close to the beach, activities, and an easy walk to restaurants and a short drive to the great Blue Mountain Creamery. It’s very clean and quiet, with a cute little deck. The beds were comfy. There’s lots of space to spread out and we appreciated the 3 bathrooms. The host, Erin, was very prompt with responses and help.

The only hiccup was finding the correct gate and that it hadn't been cleaned, but Erin was wonderful and had the condo clean in no time.

We'll definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this location and we'll definitely be booking again (probably for next year)! I do wish there was more parking at the beach access down the road, but we would just go down and park early to drop stuff off and walk back or our friends would scoop us up until we wer ready to crash on the beach for the day. The community is so nice too!

30A Blue Mountain Stay

Beach vacation.

The property was great. We enjoyed our time there. Plenty of space for a group of 9, a nice pool and walking distance to coffee and ice cream shops. If planning to go to the beach every day, I would recommend renting a golf cart.

A peaceful getaway!

The condo is in a nice spot. Close to one of the pools and little coffee shop and ice cream shop. Very quiet, beds are comfortable even the pillows were very comfortable. The hosts is very nice and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend this place to anybody looking for a peaceful getaway.

Family vacation

We had never been to Santa Rosa before and I will say we will be back. The walk was little much with children but once we figured out how to get parking at Public beach it went great. The property manager very easy to communicate with and easy to get ahold of… would recommend this place to anyone

Amazing property!

This was a birthday trip for my friends and I. I wanted something laid back not a big party community but that was a beautiful place and this was the perfect combo. The beach is so close by a quick drive or walk and the condo is beyond clean and spacious. The host was always attentive to any issues we had and got back to us within minutes. We all loved this place and will definitely be staying here again!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean and the location was really convenient. I loved the privacy, but also loved that it was around several shops and restaurants. Blue Mountain beach was beautiful! The only complaint I would have is that it got a little warm upstairs, and there were no dish towels or rags. Other than that, I would highly recommend. Hope to be back soon!

Excellent time

I’ve been going to 30A for over 10 years and have never stayed east of Watercolor - I will only be staying in Blue Mountain Beach from now on. Perfect location, short bike ride to Grayton and Dune Allen, and a great walk to the beach. The community pool was great and had lots of chairs. The beds were super comfortable, and the rental had a ton of beach stuff. You could use some more utensils since they may have been lost over time. Overall a great rental.

Wonderful condo with closeby entertainment

The condo was exactly as pictured. There were many close by restaurants and rental spots. The beach was well within walking distance. The condo was well stocked and fairly clean other than stains on the blankets, sheets, and towels. It would have been nice if there were more paper towels and toilet paper stocked. We enjoyed our overall stay.

Family vacation

Our family enjoyed our time in Santa Rosa Beach and staying in your property. The unit was just as described. The community pool was very close which helped with the kids. Our only complaint was the access to the beach; not having a ramp to get wagons, tents, strollers and kids down to the beach made it very difficult. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Great spot

Property was immaculate, well stocked. Grateful there were beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. Had trouble with TV one night but owner responded immediately and sent someone to fix first thing next morning. I’d recommend it highly to anyone! A+ property!

Beautiful spot away from all the chaos!

We had never stayed in the Blue Mountain area, and it was such a treat! None of the noise and chaos from the town areas, but all of the amenities. We both drove and walked to the beach depending on how we were feeling. With kids it was a 10-15 minute walk, 2-3 minute drive. The house was so roomy and clean, and very comfortable! I had multiple questions for the property manager just as we were finding our way and getting settled in, and she was always so helpful. I highly recommend this listing, especially for families or large groups!

Nice place

The stay was great and it had everything we need. You only need to bring food, clothes, and detergent. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Balcony was secluded by trees. The only problem we had was we didn’t have service on our phones in the area so we depended on the WiFi which kept having issues. They also had a lot of dog hair on the sofa. The pool is also ice cold. Besides that the stay was great and would stay their again.

We apologize about the dog hair, we have notified our cleaning crew of this and appreciate you bringing to our attention as pets are not allowed in our unit. Mediacom is very spotty in the area and we have contacted them about this. Unfortunately the pool in our community is not heated and is a little chilly this time of the year. We hope you're able to enjoy the beautiful pool during the summer at your next visit!
