This is the perfect spot! Close to eating, golf cart rental, shopping and the beach! The house is immaculate!

Our family of 5 adults and 4 kids enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the house, it's an older home that needs some TLC overall but it was clean and suited our needs. Very close to the beach, clean and spacious.

Excellent home in an excellent location

This home was well equipped for a family beach vacation. Out family loved spending Spring Break here. Easy walk to the beach and close to all of the great Seaside and Seagrove attraction.

The home had tons of space and huge bedrooms!! Very functional for a family. Walking distance to the beach on a quiet street. It was perfect for our family vacation!

Piece of Heaven

We loved staying at this property. The house is spacious, beautiful, well-stocked, and has a perfect location with just a short walk to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the week relaxing and enjoying family and the beautiful scenery!

Relaxing stay

The kitchen was exceptional in everything you needed. Spacious enough to spread out. The A/C downstairs wasn’t cooling when we first got there, but they came the following morning to fix it, everything else was great

Lovely Home

We had a great time. The house is quite large. There were four of us (my daughter, son-in-law, my son and me) and it was like we had our own private suites! Beautiful, large porches and a lovely backyard.

Fantastic house.

We loved this house. The third floor was a fun cozy retreat and a great place to watch the sun come up. The house has plenty of space and is very well stocked. We loved all the porches and the well stocked board games! The location was not only perfect for walking to the beach, but a quick bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor. We would stay here again!

Our wedding weekend

We stayed at Catch The Wave for our wedding in nearby Eden Gardens. It had plenty of room for us & our friends & family. The bedrooms were good size along with the baths. It was convenient to be within walking distance to the beach, stores & restaurants. Not sure if we would need a property this size again but if so I would definitely visit again.

Overall the place was great. A lot of space and comfortable beds. You get the basic supplies so make sure you bring toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels and all supplies you need to cook. The front and back door are tricky to close, but they give you instructions. It’s very close to the beach and the pool was great too. I have 4 starts because the rugs need cleaning, or be change. They have some old stains, also some of the towels had old stains as well. Some may need to be replaced. But we did enjoy our stay. I would certainly stay here again if we come back to this area.

Perfect for our family!

This house has everything. We loved the space and the layout of the home. A very easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Our only complaint was the trash service didn't pick up the trash from the previous renters and there was a lot of it. After a week it became smelly and messy. I called the management company and they called the waste company but nothing was done. But that has nothing to do with the house. I highly recommend this house!!

This house is in a great location, but so dirty. *stained bed sheets *stained bath & kitchen towels *very dusty *sticky stuff on bedside table glass *rugs are full of stains *cobwebs on dining room light Management was rude when I asked for new sheet & towels. I emailed them pictures of everything and they had someone bring me sheets and towels but never responded to my email or called me.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved being so close to Seaside. Short walk to beach. Kitchen was very well equipped. Tons of space. Loved the upstairs loft area for the kids to hangout.

We enjoyed our stay, great location to beach access, rental house was clean, well equipped kitchen, lots of tvs, and plenty of room for our needs. Would definitely stay again:)
