Welcome to Arise & Shine, a charming guest cottage to the main home Our Place in the Sun, now available for the very first time in Seasideâs rental program. Perfectly situated just 381 feet from the beach via a sandy footpath and only one block from Seasideâs vibrant town center, this retreat puts over 40 shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Guests enjoy private off-street parking in the driveway, with access to the home via a rear deck. Along the side of the cottage, bar seating for two offers a peaceful perch overlooking the lush, tree-lined paths a perfect morning coffee hang out location.
Inside, the main level features a thoughtfully designed queen bedroom suite with custom built-ins, dual closets, under-bed storage, reading lights on each side, and a large flat-screen TV. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Upstairs, the open, airy second floor is filled with natural light from surrounding windows. The living area includes a queen sofa sleeper perfect for the kids, a bistro dining table for two, and a large mounted flat-screen TV. The efficiency kitchen is well-appointed with quartzite counters, custom cabinetry, a retro Galanz under-counter fridge and freezer, a full prep sink, large microwave, a stove top drawer with two burners, coffee maker, and plenty of dish ware and glasses (note: no dishwasher or oven). A door from the living space leads to an open-air balcony with tree-top views of the shady, sandy footpaths below.
Additional amenities include a full-size stackable washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, and the unbeatable convenience of being just steps from both the beach and Seasideâs iconic town square.
* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2-night minimum Fall & Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
