The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Upstairs, the open, airy second floor is filled with natural light from surrounding windows. The living area includes a queen sofa sleeper perfect for the kids, a bistro dining table for two, and a large mounted flat-screen TV. The efficiency kitchen is well-appointed with quartzite counters, custom cabinetry, a retro Galanz under-counter fridge and freezer, a full prep sink, large microwave, a stove top drawer with two burners, coffee maker, and plenty of dish ware and glasses (note: no dishwasher or oven). A door from the living space leads to an open-air balcony with tree-top views of the shady, sandy footpaths below.
