We are thankful to have found such a great place to stay. Everything was just as described. It felt so homey and comfortable, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The AC worked great and was much appreciated on the 100 days. The area is quiet and safe.

This was a beautiful property. The neighborhood was quiet, we were walking distance to a nice place to eat. We used this place to work remotely and it was perfect. There wasn't anything lacking at all. We'd love to stsy again.

My daughter and I stayed almost a week at this cozy, bright, and peaceful little place with everything we needed. Cindy is fantastic and so easy to work with. I highly recommend this stay!

Oh my gosh, this little cottage is an absolute gem! It’s so homey and private and just an amazing little place, on a quiet street and everything that was advertised but way beyond our expectations! I would definitely recommend this cottage and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

My fiance stayed here for a conference and it was nothing but perfect. Our least favorite thing is going to a barebones property, this space was the complete opposite. It felt as if we were staying in someone’s house -not just an extension of one- where there was every cooking utensil you needed, soaps, extra blankets, etc. Gave us a sense of nostalgia! Highly recommend.

Perfect for our short stay

This home was so enjoyable. It was comfortable and had everything we needed from a stove, oven and washer and dryer. My husband and I only stayed for 2 night but it felt like home away from home. Would love to stay here again!

Convenient and Cozy

Wonderful, private apartment. Very cute and outfitted with everything we needed. Even the refrigerator had various condiments, snacks and was even stocked with some basics. It felt like home. We will definitely stay again. Much better than any hotel.

Wonderful place!! Bright & airy & peaceful space, plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Places to walk close by and plenty of dining and shopping options close by. Quick access to I-25 and all rhe surrounding communities. We were blessed with several unseasonably warm days for late Oct/early Nov and even sat on the deck! We've rented other places n the area while visiting fily and all were in basements so we were usually too hot or too cold. This spacw has it's own heat/air & thermostat!! Would highly recommend.

Quiet and comfortable stay in Northglenn

This is a 1-bedroom ADU over the garage. It has a nice layout and a cool deck with seating. The deck overlooks the backyard which is large with open areas and trees. The host was great, easy to work with.

We came into town for my Dad's funeral. The last thing you need at a time like that is any type of annoyance or inconvenience. We purposely picked this cottage because it was close to my sister's house, but little did we know that it was just down the road from the funeral home . The cottage exceeded our needs as well as every expectation. It had every possible amenity, and then some! Soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, ample toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, cooking oil, spices, butter, syrup, ETC!!! We met the tenant on the main level - not sure if he was the host or not - but he was very friendly! The parking and the cottage layout was perfect! We honestly could not have asked for a better experience considering our reason for our stay. God bless y'all
