Venez profiter d'un séjour mémorable ou d'un voyage de pêche. Cette maison au bord de l'eau est parfaitement située sur le point de l'entrée à Waterfront Bay Area, entre Pine Island et Preston Island. Il s'agit d'un entièrement meublé, 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec un nouveau hangar à bateaux privé. Bonne profondeur d'eau au quai et la grande pêche dans n'importe quelle direction.

La chambre principale dispose d'un joli lit queen size, tandis que les 2 chambres restantes sont meublées avec un beau lit (s) complet (s), une grande véranda meublée avec un lit de jour et un lit gigogne.

Le salon et la salle à manger sont une grande pièce avec télévision à écran plat.

La cuisine est adjacente et est entièrement équipée.

Vous pouvez profiter d'une journée de plaisir et de détente suivie d'une superbe vue sur le coucher du soleil sur la chaîne principale du Tennessee River.

Nice Cabin On My Favorite Lake

Clean property, nice boat house, super close to Waterfront (GTO), and plenty of room for people and vehicles. The owner was super helpful and engaged very quickly to make sure our check-in was a success and that everything was good.

My family enjoyed staying right on the lake. We loved the view and fishing from the dock. The owner made us feel at home and was extremely nice about everything. We would love to book this house again.

Quite run down, great location tho!

Floors upstairs felt like they were going to fall through, couch was missing a leg, generally run down place. Awesome location, nice boat house.

James - this is surprising. I wish you would have called me. I’m easily reached and close by. The floor upstairs in hallway has an uneven spot in it where on of the floor joists is. When we put the hardwood in, there was no way to fix it without a huge expense. The couch is missing one of the feet which has happened recently apparently and will be fixed immediately. Otherwise, I think “run down “ is a little extreme. It’s a cabin but well maintained.

Great location for a great time

Chris called beforehand and explained everything i needed to know. The property was in the perfect location for a boater. Boat ramp is less than a mile away. We had full access to the indoor dock which was nice to keep boat out of the weather. We enjoyed our stay.

We did enjoy our stay but found you have a mouse problem. One was found under a bed in the middle of the night scratching on something and we also lost food left out they got into. Was disappointing but we managed.

What a beautiful lawn, grounds and view. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the view. I brought my small dogs and really appreciated the fenced in side yard.

Beautiful sunrises in the morning

The cabin was a charming 3 bed 1.5 bath home. Great location. It was clean and decorated well. The dock was wonderful to sit on and watch the sun rise and also the sunroom was great for yoga and reading.

Family vacation

The location was wonderful. Close to boat ramp and gas station. We spent most of our time by the lake. Great boat house and space for our boat. House had great space to all eat together. We made it work with the bathrooms. We had trouble with the internet but for me I didn't care I was on vacation. Great time.
