Brand new, absolutely beautiful lake house with stunning lake views and an open boat house. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and sleeps 8. It would be great for a weekend getaway or a fishing trip. Conveniently located in a quiet, safe neighborhood between Goosepond Colony and City Park boat launches, this is the ideal place for fishermen. There is plenty of paved parking for trucks and trailers. This home boasts a gourmet kitchen and large dining space, master bath with a beautiful tile shower and freestanding soaking tub. There is a large wrap-around porch with a grill, including a separate screened porch with a TV and outdoor fireplace.

This beautiful property fit our needs perfectly! Great place for a wedding weekend! Tis the season for spider webs, which could have used some attention on the outside deck and the screened in porch, but didn’t really negatively impact our stay. Would definitely choose this property again!

Super nice and convenient

House is super nice and roomy and has everything you need. Super close to Goose Pond so if you are fishing it is very convenient. Also plenty of parking if you have a boat with you. Will definitely be returning.

Really nice place, but weirdly cheaped out on toilet paper and paper towels. If you’re considering this place for the boat house to keep your boat at then don’t bother. The boat house is a good walk and you’re better off trailering your boat, at least that’s what I thought and did. There’s plenty of parking for boats in the driveway, and the neighborhood is great. Overall it’s really nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, if the price comes down.
