We had a lovely weekend and the property was perfect in a ideal location too. Also Rachel was very helpful and kind enough to collect some flowers orderes from a florist in a nearby town and leave in the property prior to our arrival. Would fully recommend and would love to come back and stay here again one day.

Very well equipped. Beautiful garden. the common areas were very cosy. the whole house was very clean and tidy. excellent option fo spend weekend with friends.

A beautiful cottage in a very interesting, historical village surrounded by beautiful scenery. It’s was very clean and modern with everything we needed. The back garden was a little oasis of calm planted up with some lovely shrubs, flowers and lavender along the path. The steps in the garden were quite steep but well worth the effort to get to the top. Our little dog loved the area and enjoyed the treats that were left for her in the cottage. The private parking spot across the road was much appreciated.

Ideal for events at the Piece Hall

Located in a lovely village with a pub ideal for relaxing but close enough to Halifax if you want a bit more. The cottage was lovely especially the garden and had everyth8nge we needed.

The property was so lovely with everything you would require! So clean and all the appliances and extras. Gorgeous welcoming prosecco and some lovely cookies too! Thank you so much! The scenery was out of this world. What a delight!

Wonderful cottage!

Lovely bank holiday stay for the first time in this beautifully decorated property. Cottage had everything we needed for our stay with lots of extras provided we weren't expecting which made it extra nice such as welcome food and drink, toileteries, maps and leaflets for the area, etc. Lovely garden with sunny seating area. No noise from neighbours, despite being joined both sides, and lovely walks straight from property. Lots to do in the local area. Would recommend this as a great place to stay and would happily return!

Second time around

We used this property last year as it welcomed pets and a large dog was one of the party. There is a box with dog 'stuff' included in the furnishing - says it all!! The standard of decoration, fitments and furnishing is extremely high. It's a welcoming cottage where we all felt at home, especially the dog. It's a quiet location but within easy drives of attractions and adventures around Calderdale and beyond.The Property Manager is very helpful and answers queries promptly.I cannot recommend it highly enough for a peaceful, comfortable holiday.
