Les clients sont assurĂ©s de passer des vacances mĂ©morables dans ce mobil-home double et large de 4 chambres / 2 salles de bain de 2 200 mÂČ, entiĂšrement meublĂ©, dotĂ© d’un grand porche donnant sur l’eau. La chambre principale / principale a un lit king size, tandis que les 3 autres chambres sont meublĂ©es avec 2 lits queen size et 1 lit superposĂ© pour 10 personnes.  A Ă©galement une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse pour votre utilisation quotidienne. Le salon spacieux est Ă©quipĂ© de 46 "TV avec satellite plat / sans WiFi.  La cuisine est parfaite pour les repas car elle est Ă©quipĂ©e d'une grande table faite maison.  SituĂ© dans une crique sur le lac Conroe, les clients peuvent profiter d’un aprĂšs-midi de baignade ou de la pĂȘche sur le grand pont situĂ© Ă  l’arriĂšre de la maison. La maison faisant face Ă  l’ouest, c’est un bel endroit pour regarder le coucher de soleil depuis le pont arriĂšre.

We had a nice stay overall and appreciated having a comfortable place to enjoy our trip. That said, there were a few details that future guests may find helpful to know. While the home suited our needs, it could have benefited from a bit more attention to cleanliness upon arrival — we chose to re-wash some dishes before using them, and there were cigarette butts around the exterior of the property. The home itself may have been more clearly described than we realized, but we were somewhat surprised to find it is a double-wide in a prefab-style neighborhood, as that was not our impression from the listing photos. We also were unable to locate a Bluetooth speaker, so guests who enjoy having music during their stay may want to bring their own. A few interior doors did not close fully, which was not a major issue, but worth mentioning. Overall, the property worked fine for our family, though a little more attention to cleanliness and clarity in the listing would elevate the experience for future guests.

Amazing Vacation

We went to Texas for my daughters wedding. The house was very spacious and had all the comforts of home. The owner was easy to contact and answered any questions we had. The location was perfect and within minutes from everything. It was a great little get away.

Beautiful Relaxing Oasis

We loved the location of the house on the lake, and the house is very nice! The end deck is the perfect place to sit and have morning coffee, and to watch the sunset also. We loved everything about it and will definitely be back. The host were A+, always available for any questions we had!

The pictures don't do the property justice.The house is well laid out. Lots of space for family to spread out.There is now a railing on the porch, which was a concern we had with our grandsons being with us. The only surprise was no dishwasher. When I reread the reviews, I saw where someone had mentioned it. But we ran to the store and bought paper plates and cups to reduce the "hand washing". As you can see, we spent most of our time outside. Even the rain didn't spoil our family time.

Beautiful home on Lake Conroe

The view, from the covered porch, of the lake was what made our stay perfect. Our family spent 2 nights here and it could not have been better. This home is lovely, clean and the pool table and games added that something extra. Morning coffee on the porch overlooking the water was so beautiful. Check in was a breeze and owners responded quickly when i had a question. Will definitely stay here again

Yearly Memorial trip for Mom

Nice getaway!

The home is very roomy. It came equipped with everything you need. Really quiet cove. Our only real problem was on the day we were leaving. My husband had packed up the truck, we had all gone inside to chat before heading out, and someone came by and stole 9 fishing poles and a fishing net out of the truck bed. Just want to give other renters a heads up to keep an eye on your belongings! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

David and I purchased this property for our family weekend lake house. We've enjoyed it many times over the years with family and friends alike. We don't get to go down as often as we'd like as our primary home is in Pearland, Texas. We've decided to share it with other family's to allow them to make wonderful memories as well. We have enjoyed great neighbors along with beautiful sunsets. I hope you enjoy our home as much as we have.

It's a very nice 4 bedroom double wide trailer on the water. I've decorated each room in a different theme, but I've mainly stuck with the western more country warm decor.
