Condo confortable et confortable avec une vue incroyable, le paradis des pêcheurs

Une promenade à travers ce premier condo de 2 chambres à coucher / 2 salles de bains aux 2e et 3e étages avec un canapé-lit queen divulgue une grande chambre avec un NOUVEAU lit king size à droite lorsque vous passez la porte d'entrée. Une cage d'escalier sur le côté gauche de la porte d'entrée mène au 3ème étage. Chambre principale avec un NOUVEAU lit King Size et une vue impeccable sur un mur à 4 fenêtres et une grande salle de bains principale avec une baignoire surdimensionnée avec toit ouvrant sur le côté droit de les escaliers. C'est un bain génial pour un bain à bulles chaud et apaisant. Quelques marches dans l'appartement à droite, après la chambre à coucher, se trouve la salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi. Délicieux pour un massage relaxant avant de se coucher. Dans le couloir se trouve la cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoir en granit avec cuisinière à gaz et appareils en acier inoxydable sur la droite, juste après la salle de bain. Juste en face de vous se trouve un salon / salle à manger très confortable qui s'ouvre juste après le bar de la cuisine. Le salon / salle à manger dévoile une porte patio vitrée mur à mur offrant une vue imprenable sur le lever du soleil sur les eaux du lac Conroe. Le salon / salle à manger expose un peu d'histoire du Texas sur le mur pour ceux d'entre vous qui ne sont jamais allés dans cet état magnifique. Donc, que ce soit pour les affaires ou pour le plaisir, c’est le lieu de séjour idéal dans la région de Houston / Conroe / Willis, au Texas.

We had a wonderful day at this location. It is literally right on the lake. You can fish off the balcony. The house had everything that we needed not that we were there that much because we were coming into town for a wedding, but it was perfect for me and my daughter. She had the upstairs of the house with the bedroom upstairs and her own bathroom and I had the downstairs of the house. The beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful day. Stay.

This property was amazing! The owner planned for everything. There were fishing rods available for fishing, a great supply of cookware and dishes, games and puzzles for the kiddos, and basketballs and tennis rackets for the courts. This property is close to the pool and playground area. The pictures were accurate and the stay couldn't have been better. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and safe place to stay. Also, this property is right on the lake!

Had my birthday here and the apartment and pool was perfect. Loved the host, easy check in and out. Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the Wave Restaurant. It was dirty and food was so bad! Better to cook for yourself or go to town for food. Thank you so much Daphne I will be booking again!

When it comes to a nice, quiet getaway for me and my husband, we ALWAYS book with the Trevinos!!! They offer beautifully furnished condos overlooking Lake Conroe. It is definitely one of our go to’s when we want to get away for a few days to relax, unwind and reconnect. The Trevinos are highly professional and they take pride in their condos. They have their guests interests at heart and it’s evident the second you walk through the front door of one of their many properties. They’ve literally thought of EVERYTHING when they furnished their rentals! The only thing you need to bring is yourself, your personal hygiene items (toothbrush, comb, brush, clothing) and your readiness to kick back and enjoy your stay, they provide everything else!!! From fishing equipment (they always provide courtesy bait and wine in the refrigerator), fresh linen (the towels always smell so heavenly), toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper), a fully equipped kitchen with any and everything you need to cook (including seasonings, aluminum foil and cooking sprays!), even a grill located on the patio just in case you prefer outdoor cooking! Like I stated earlier, the Trevinos thought of everything to ensure their guests have a wonderful, stress free, memorable stay. They offer 1 bedroom/1 bath condos that can sleep 4 people comfortably and breathtaking 2 bedroom/2 bath condos that’s perfect for families. They have all sorts of board games for the kids as well. We always have a great time

As D&R Properties entrepreneurs for 17+ years we wanted to expand our business to the Willis/Conroe area. We also wanted to find a vacation home. We now have the amenities of both. We want to share our vacation home with you. We hope you will enjoy staying here.

We have been coming to Seven Coves area for many years using a time share we have. We love it more and more each time we come up here. In fact we love it so much we started searching to see what was for sale around here and finally found this place. We were so excited to see we could have a place of our own and we also have the opportunity to share it with others.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have been traveling domestically and internationally for years and found that others did not have some of the things that we always wanted when we stayed at vacation homes like ours. We decided we wanted to have the things at our property that we could not get elsewhere. When you travel to other vacation homes you often have to rent things like tennis rackets, basketballs, and fishing gear. We will provide this for you to use free while you are here. We also found that others didn't have things to cook with like spices and cooking spray, aluminum foil or a crock pot. We provide these items for your convenience. Other things that we provide are shampoo and soaps. Today it is difficult to travel with these items so we now provide them for you.
