Enjoy a comfortable stay in Agia Marina (10km from Chania center) at this spacious and luxurious Villa, featuring idyllic views of the Sea! Our villa offers an excellent choice for accommodation, many facilities, elegant decoration and beautiful unique touches! The interior is mainly characterized by its open-air spaces so that you can sense the feeling of fresh air dominating all over the place. The exterior is designed so as to provide total relaxation. The pool is also suitable for younger ages. ​

It consists of 6 great and spacious bedrooms. 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (where 12 guests can be accommodated).​ 2 more guests can be accommodated in single beds (placed upon request). In total up to 14 guests can sleep in the villa.

In the villa there is also a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and 5 bathrooms. It has heating and cooling system, alarm, space, comfort and silent operation. Entering the villa, there is an open plan living room with satellite TV and the comfortable sofas. The kitchen has all the equipment and appliances that can be necessary. At the same area, there is the dining area for up to 15 people.

Coming out on the terrace you will find the huge garden where the private swimming pool is. At the same part of the garden there is a covered, shady area where you can seat and relax admiring the wonderful view. In the garden of the villa there is also a barbecue area, covered with wooden pergola. Except of the barbecue, in these areas there is a large playground with grass that is ideal for families with children.

This Villa offers a friendly environment and you will definitely enjoy your stay here. The villa is suitable for family vacations and for those who want to have superb unforgettable holidays! It is a choice for unforgettable holidays in Crete island, ideal for relaxation in a peaceful environment with magnificent panoramic sea view and a perfect spot to explore the West Crete.

Villa Prigipessa

Beautiful well appointed villa in central location. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, beach and local transport(10-20min walk. Very short part of the route is steep). Owner and villa manager very helpful and readily contactable. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

There were 12 of us that traveled together to celebrate Easter and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Maria greeted us with a warm welcome and tour of the home so we knew where everything was. During our stay she assisted us promptly with any questions we had. The home and grounds were spacious and clean. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to staying at the villa again in the future.

Amazing Villa with Stunning Views!

Staying at this villa was an an amazing experience! The property was very clean and well-maintained. The pool was a highlight, offering refreshing dips under the sun with an amazing view that left us in awe every day. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect trip with friends. Its spacious layout and amenities made it the ideal getaway. The property management was exceptional, answering our questions promptly before our stay and being incredibly attentive and helpful when we checked in. We had the best time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation spot!
