Premium Ski In Ski Out Condo

Le Crystal Peak Lodge, au pic 7, est l’une des plus belles et des plus récentes résidences de ski au pied des pistes de Breckenridge. L'acc��s à la télécabine et au super tél������siège Independence se trouvent juste devant la porte. Montez �� bord de la télécabine et vous serez à un arrêt rapide de la base du pic 8 ou faites une petite promenade en télécabine en ville pour faire les magasins ou d��ner.

Ce condo de 1400 pieds carrés, décoré par des professionnels, comprend un salon spacieux, un coin repas, un bar pour le petit-déjeuner, 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain permettant aux clients de s’étendre. La chambre principale est équipée d'une douche �� vapeur. Les trois chambres ont un téléviseur HD à écran plat et un lecteur DVD.

La cuisine gastronomique est dotée d'appareils ��lectroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable et de comptoirs en granit. Elle est entièrement équipée pour que le chef de votre famille puisse préparer un d�����licieux repas. La belle cuisine se jette dans le salon et la salle à manger équipés d'un système de son surround, ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour manger en famille ou entre amis, regarder la télévision, ���couter de la musique ou se d��tendre après une longue journée de ski. Il y a aussi une grande cheminée �� gaz dans le salon.

Les installations du Crystal Peak Lodge comprennent un centre de remise en forme donnant sur les pistes, un parking souterrain chauffé, un espace extérieur avec bain à remous, des casiers à skis privés, un magasin de location de skis / snowboard, une billetterie, une salle de jeux, un sauna et un hammam. Il y a aussi un grand foyer donnant sur les pentes.

Pendant votre séjour, vous avez accès aux commodités de 2 autres installations, One Ski Hill Place (OSHP) et Mountain Thunder Lodge. OSHP est situé sur le pic 8 à environ 3-5 minutes à pied ou à 2 minutes en télécabine. OSHP possède un centre aquatique avec 2 piscines intérieures, un bain à remous intérieur, un bain à remous extérieur, un foyer, un hammam, un sauna et un centre de rajeunissement proposant des massages. Il y a aussi une piste de bowling sur le thème de la mine qui peut être réservée par le concierge.


Il existe une navette gratuite sur appel qui vous mènera aux deux installations ou à tout autre endroit de la ville où vous aimeriez aller.

Bien qu'il y ait un parking souterrain gratuit une fois que vous arrivez à Crystal PeaksLodge, vous n'avez pas besoin de voiture. Avec un accès facile à la télécabine et à la navette gratuite, vous pouvez facilement vous rendre n'importe où en ville, sans vous déplacer en voiture.

Love this place!!!!

If you want to avoid the crazy crowds at Breck while enjoying great ski slopes, this is the place for you. Everything was PERFECT - the space, the location, the amenities, the cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the property management company. Will be back for sure! Thank you for a great getaway.

AMAZING property, perfect ski in / ski out

Premium everything - furniture, Viking kitchen appliances, etc. The unit was very clean, and well stocked. Ski room exits directly to the lift, could not be closer. Loved it!

Breck Trip

We had a great time. The ski in and out option was great for experienced skiers but probably not for novices, however the gondola down to Peak 8 was very easy just keep in mind it closes as 5:15-5;30 if you plan to eat down there and you haven't stored your gear yet. Only small negative was the TV in the primary bedroom. It was tiny, hidden b partially by the wall they aren't smart TV's. Other than that we loved the place and would stay there again.

Breck break

We spent a long weekend in Breckenridge with family. The location was great with instant access to the gondolas making it easy to get around. The unit itself was a bit disappointing- a few windows did not open, one screen door was broke and the cleaning job prior to arrival was less than satisfactory for this expensive of a property.

Perfect Location to Slopes & Town

The condo was perfect for a girls weekend with 5 of us. The Independence SuperChair is right outside the facility with great trail options and less crowds than Peak 8. Breck Sports, the Sevens restaurant (great Apres spot!), and the gondola to Peak 8 or downtown, are literally all steps from the back door. Once the gondola closes they have a private shuttle service that will take you to town. We had a car and we didn't use it once. The condo was clean, spacious, and only had a few minor issues that showed it is lived in but they weren't big enough to impact our stay. I highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, spacious condo that is in the perfect location.

Overview of Stay

View on VRBO showed premium view of lifts and mountain. We had a garden view on the front of property... lockbox process was kind of pain in the ass... tv really did not work. Good thing we had laptop and HDMI cable... blinds wand missing so could not shut out all the light to sleep... Overall great but just a few annoying small issues...

Needs repairs

Several lights didn’t work. Furniture was old and fragile . Bedding was not comfortable. Condo is in a great location, but needs updating. Also, I had to contact the leasing company the day before the trip to get information on how to get the key. They never even tried to contact me. Also, they wanted me to bring the keys to their office when checking out rather than just leaving the keys inside the condo. All other condos I’ve rented in the past just would tell me to leave the keys on the kitchen counter. Also, when I went to get the keys from the leasing office, the woman working the front desk was on a personal phone call and was extremely rude .

Fantastic location

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The kitchen is great, very clean with high-end appliances, and well equipped with what you need. The property itself needs some TLC. Furniture is very rundown and some of the chairs are downright unsafe.The linens and couch pillows are old and smell every bit of their years. There is dust on the hard furniture and cobwebs in the corners of the windows and sliders. One of the bathroom sinks does not drain, and the other one does not have a stopper. The third bedroom is non-conforming, which I don’t recall reading in the description, it may have been there, but I didn’t see it. Point being it’s dark and hot with no ventilation. One of the window cranks is broken and another bedroom so we could not close the window, that was fine when people were outside at midnight smoking. the property manager was very accessible and helpful , but based on condition of property I would guess he hasn’t actually toured the property in quite some time unfortunately. But again, amazing location with fantastic views in a great property.

Great Location

Great ski in and ski out location. Very easy access to the lift at Peak 7 via the ski locker room. Plenty of room for our family of five. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent ski experience, from a first timer to old pros

We had an excellent time at Scott's property. He communicated very well and in a very timely and clear fashion with us--super easy to get in touch with him. The condo is perfectly appointed for 6 adults, with 3 bedrooms that each have an attached bathroom, and a small half bath off the kitchen. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The middle bedroom (on the left) gets warm overnight, so we utilized the included fans to help keep it cool. Crystal Peak has great amenities which are so close to the condo, including a hot tub, steam room and gym. There are lockers for your ski gear as well. You are truly right at the peak 7 lift and an excellent restaurant called Sevens. The gondola is a few steps away and will drop you down in the darling town or at peak 8, which is where I attended ski school for 2 mornings (also highly recommend). There is an underground, climate controlled garage as well. Thanks Scott--it was great! We will be back.

Great location

The location is wonderful for skiing. It is a short walk to the ski locker and a short walk to the high speed lift. The property is well appointed. The opportunities are to move up the light fixture over the table so that you can’t crack your head on it and have check in on time.

My family and I just left this property. The property is very nice. It was close to the gondola which takes you to the town and near by properties.. The property is very quiet not many people. That did not bother me due to COVID. Staying at this property gives you access to the amenities at the sister property One Ski Hill. We bowled there. My husband and I own rental property and there was a few things that was concerning. There was no communication about check in. It was 2pm and I had not heard from anyone about directions yo the property or anything about the property. Everything I learned was through google. After texting the manager, he finally text me instructions. Operating tge TV was frustrating. Again no instructions. Not to mention that all the TVs did not have cable. The TVs are outdated and I had to use a magnifying glass to see the TV in the master bed room. My computer screen was larger than the TV. Televisions are not expensive and is a luxury for most. That was not acceptable at all. In my properties I make sure that my television situation is adequate. The condo has no air conditioning. I thought that would not be a problem being that it was winter. I was wrong. The condo is very well insulated. It remained hot even in cold weather. So I had to choose between being hot and stuffy or freeze with the window or door cracked. The condo was a nice size for our family of 6.
