Our Cvijeta apartment is located in Vojnović street - a residential area full of cafes and restaurants, and there is a beach nearby and it is close to Old Town and Lapad.
It accommodates two guests - the bedroom has a double bed, and there is additional sitting area. .It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower.
Guests have private parking at their disposal with prior reservation.

The apartment is located in Iva Vojnovića street. It is a street full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from the Old Town. The connection with the Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

Glorious residence!

It’s a perfect place to sleep in Dubrovnik! The bus station for going inside the Old Town is just behind the apartment. Lapad is also very close to the location. Just a warning: as the street is very well located, there is a lot of noise from cars. But when the window is closed, all it’s ok.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Great little place to stay with about a 40 minute walk to the old town. Bus stop close and a couple of nice bakeries for a quick breakfast. Very clean and tidy - had everything we needed

Divine Dubrovnik

What a lovely local family to stay with, it really made our holiday just that bit more special. The local wine, rakija, and rozata were divine, thank you! Quiet street, near restaurants and beaches, what more could you ask for?

Major-league holiday!

Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The communication was top notch from the moment I booked. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, which made the whole trip completely stress-free. They were also really helpful with local tips and recommendations, which made a big difference. The place itself had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout the stay. Genuinely lovely people to deal with and I’d happily book again next time I’m in the area.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Perfect accommodation with everything you need. Walking distance to amazing local restaurants and beaches as well as being on a main bus route to the old town which took approx 10 minutes. Amazing experience overall and would highly recommend to anyone.

Exactly as described. Easy half an hour walk to get into the old town. Ubers are cheap if needed. Nice bathroom and bedroom. Washing machine was great to have. Everything you would need. WiFi should be upgraded, though.
