The space
Studio has kitchenette equipped with fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffe maker, kitchen utensils.Bathroom comes with shower and washing machine.
Double bed is 160cm wide and perfect for couples.

A studio apartment is a self-contained apartment where the bedroom, living area, and kitchenette are all in one open-plan room.
The bathroom is private, en-suite, and directly connected to the studio.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

My stay was so peaceful waking up to sunrise over the old city and a beauty sea view. The location was walkable to both the old city and Lapad with nearby bus connections as well.

Special place!

Place was amazing. everything besides the kitchen was as expected. the place was pretty close to everything you need. Stores, beach, Old Town, was within walking distance. The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5* is that cooking food in the kitchen was very hard as it would take up to 1 hr to make a pasta dish.

Excellent room with all necessary facilities.

The sea view for the balcony was excellent. The room, kitchenette and bathroom were very clean. Confortable bed. AC, wifi and TV are working great. The area is quiet, parking is challenging. The property was managed by a competent and professional Facility Management Company, with good communication protocols. Unexpectedly, upon arrival the room was ready more that 1.5 hours before the official check-in time.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

What an incredible stay. Walking distance to a beautiful beach for swiming, and even closer to the perfect cliffside sunset-watching spot. Cozy and clean. Would love to have stayed longer!

Great little flat, near a nice beach and you can go into the hotel nearby’a shoreline area to swim also which is nice. Clean and tidy, lots of towels !

Nice place with amazing views. Clean and located in a peaceful area. Even though the room is quite small me and my friend enjoyed our stay a lot and can warmly recommend staying at Martina’s place!

This was an amazing cozy place. The view is everything you need, sea view and the fort as well. Also the place has everything you need to make it your home for few days, we actually cooked some things. Will come again soon!
