Relax and enjoy all the facilities provided. Al fresco dining, a barbecue on a warm summer evening or a Turkish Coffee to start the day. Every effort has gone into making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Lapta, in Northern Cyprus. Complete with rear outdoor entertaining / dining area and 2 large communal pools. The extensive private garden adds to your enjoyment with lemon tree, grapefruit tree and orange tree( subject to season).

This place is designed for enjoying the outside, day or night.
Terrace – Dining Table and Chairs with Entertaining Area. Large sofa and chairs for relaxing after dinner, unwind and watch the sun go down. Gather some lemons from the lemon trees in the garden to add to your evening drinks.

Great property

The property was great and newly redesigned so was very modern looking and comfortable. Property manager was very helpful. Everything was great at this location I must say, couldn’t fault a thing.

Another great stay

Another wonderful stay at this spacious luxury apartment. Everything you could ever need for a week or a month. Beds very comfy with quality linen. Towels galore for indoor and outdoor use. The two pools were very clean, with comfortable sunbeds. Fresh lemons and grapeftuits in the garden. Lots of outdoor furniture of the highest quality. Had an amazing stay. We will be back again.

This is a very nice apartment, the kitchen was super with all that you needed and a bit more. Also the outdoor space was very nice with many seating areas. The pool is close and was good. Close to a lot of restaurants but hard to walk there because of the road that they are fixing but it hopefully will get better. The location is perfect, but you need a car. I think we'll return. Thanks

Fantastic apartment

We have had a fantastic week staying in Lapta Northern Cyprus. Everything from start to finish has been amazing. The apartment is so well equiped and beautiful. Certainly the besr we have stayed in. Communication from the owners and help arranging transfers was great. We hired a car so were able to explore but lthe local dolmus runs past the end if the road. Would certainly come again. Thankyou.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location

We stayed in the apartment for a week. It was clean, well equipped and functioning with everything we could need. Importantly for me the furniture was new and clean and stylish. The pools were very clean. We were close to beach resorts and shops. We had a car so were able to explore the surrounding areas, so much to see. Our hosts made everything very easy, they were so helpful. Thank you both so much! We'd 100% rexceommend this apartment.

Amazing Apartment

The photos do not do the apartment justice. It is fully equipped for short or even long stays. The beds are comfortable, with branded bedding. Lots of wardrobe space with plenty of hangers. The kitchen has everything needed for daily life or an occasion. Enjoyed the alfresco dining and other outdoor furniture for reading and chatting. The pools are very clean and a pleasure to swim in,with sunbeds and parasols are provided. Really enjoyed our stay and felt reassured that it was very easy to contact the host with fast replies, from booking until our return. We will be back.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich TOP, wir hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. In der Küche fehtl es an nichts, jede Menge Handtücher, tolle Terrasse auf der man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet, sehr sauber, gute Betten. Auch die beiden Pools und der Garten waren sehr sauber. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
