The house was wonderful! The whole family really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay again. Close to the parks and lots of places to eat.

It was kind of cold. The bed sheets from the king bed was dirty. The roads were dirty. He’s gonna tell him and the chairs from the pool were all ripped up.

It was in a good location for our weekend activities. The house was nice. The bedroom furniture could use a refresh. Overall I would stay there again.

Host was great answering our questions. Great proximity to town and Orlando for theme parks. House was a bit outdated and beds were uncomfortable. Loved having a pool table but the cues do need to be replaced. Kids loved pool and hot tub but never got really warm even with paying for heating. Overall had a good stay, thank you!

Relaxe and enjoy

Loved our stay. Clean cozy and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood close to Disney and more. Great location. The pool was a plus that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nice home. Pretty clean, housekeepers need to remember to check under the couches. We found a shoe and socks from the previous guest. Wish we would have know to bring washcloths. Not a single one to take a shower with.

Wash cloths can get abushed by guests and don't last long. Guest failed to acknowledge it was brought to the attention of Property Management and they delivered a fresh set to the guests.

Nice property

Good property. Was busy with events throughout the day and nice to have a quiet place to relax in the evening. Hot tub and pool was great to relax after a long day at Disney. Drive to parks was reasonable and changed depending on traffic.

Spring break 2025

Enjoyed the pool and spa, as well as the garage. Nice property but slightly outdated. The price is right for what you get. Nice area as well.

trip to Disney World - 4 over 50-year-old adults

Just an OK place to stay. Plenty of room. Place was well stocked with dishware. Very close to all 4 parks. Longest drive was 30 minutes due to traffic. We asked to have the pool heat turned on; upon arrival the pool was still cold. I called property management the next morning, nobody answered, so I emailed them, but didn't receive any reply. I sent an email thru VRBO host, he replied saying I should contact property management for a faster response, but he would contact them also. Night four, the security alarm started beeping at 1am with low battery. I call property management in the morning. No one answered, left a message. I called back within seconds, I forgot to leave my phone number. Someone answered and said to leave it off, they had to order a battery. I asked about the pool, she said a heating part was replaced and it should start to heat up. We were there for 10 nights, however, could only use the pool/hot tub one night b/c it takes time to heat up. The cost to heat the pool for our entire stay was 250. They only refunded us 100. The other issue was cleanliness. All bdrms had carpet and they were very dirty and stained. They desperately need shampooed/replaced. I would not walk in the bdrms w/o shoes on. There was some mold in the master bedroom's shower & the kitchen trash can needs washed out. Communication was subpar, property management never replied to my emails. I would not stay here again, too many other places to choose from.

Thank you for your review. I'd just like to highlight a couple of facts. The guest knew there was an issue with the heater during our communications through this platform even though the heat was arranged through Property Management. Property Management actually rebated 50% of the pool/spa heat fee. Any other charges are highlighted on the Guest Registration Form and were not part of this reservation. The backup battery for the Security System chirped as the charge got low as a GFI had tripped in the garage and was rectified by a reset. The only communication received by email during the stay was a request for a later checkout time, nothing about the condition of the home or the pool heat.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet location. Upon walking in everything was gorgeous. The property is lovely. The only problem is whoever is cleaning this is not doing a good job. So many surface areas were dirty. The refrigerator and glass table tops had finger prints and food residue. There were crumbs on the table and floor. Crumbs under couch cushions (yes I checked) White towels were very dingy. One towel had toothpaste from prior tenants. There was a lot of hard water buildup on shower and tub surfaces. Not sure if this could be resolved with a good scrub or if there’s a real problem with hard water.The carpets are very worn and dirty. I have cleaned rental properties for a living and some companies don’t allow enough time to thoroughly clean. I’m not sure what the issue is here but the cleanliness is the only thing negative about my experience here.
