Cette belle maison a 5 chambres à coucher (toutes avec plancher de bois franc stratifié nouvellement installé) et 3 salles de bain (2 salles de bains), une cuisine de bonne taille équipée de tous les appareils en acier inoxydable et une salle à manger. Les salons et salles à manger sont recouverts de carreaux de porcelaine antidérapants de haute qualité. Salon avec W / O à Patio et piscine privée clôturée et bain à remous. Emplacement très pratique avec 24 heures. Great communication with the host and manager. The pool heater wasn’t working our first day but that was quickly resolved. Cleanliness was very good. I think all shower heads should be replaced with adjustable ones because the current ones put out a hard stinging spray. All window blinds could be replaced. These minor issues wouldn’t stop me from renting the house again but fixing them would make the stay more pleasant.

Husband and I booked the house as apart of our honeymoon. Check in process was great, upon entering the home it smelled like cigarettes, and the floors were sticky. The bedroom we stayed in had visible dirt and nail polish on the floor. There were fishing hooks in and around the pool and sparkles everywhere. After cleaning ourselves and changing bedding we were more comfortable. Let the owners know and not much was done about the cleanliness, but they did offer to fix patio door and shower door when mentioned they weren’t working well. Kitchen was clean, and the home overall was nice just wished it was cleaner.

The house was nice but I dont feel it was cleaned before we arrived towels were not washed floors were dirty bathrooms were not cleaned and pool area was a mess. On the listing it said hot tub and turns out it was just a spa with bubbles not heated.

It was perfect for what we needed!

The place was perfect for a small girls trip! The hot tub didn’t work for us but the property manager Gwen was very nice and answered right away.

Great Stay!!

Nice property!! Very quiet neighborhood. Sheriff lives across the street. Spent most of the days at the parks and it was nice to come back to a quiet house away from the hubbub of the parks. Universal was about an hour way and Disney around 1/2 hour.

Good rental

The property was clean when we arrived. There were a couple of problems when we first arrived so we emailed Paul the property manager and he came first thing the next morning to address the problems. We were at the house for 3 weeks and the kids loved the pool. I would book this home again.

It is my dream to own a vacation home in Orlando so that I can enjoy the nice weather for an annual vacation with my family and friends as well as having some rental income to support the maintenance costs of this house.

I chose this property mainly because of the excellent layout of this property and its neighborhood in terms of safety and convenience. Approx. 5 minutes drive to a 24-hour Walmart Superstore, Lowes Hardware Store, Bank of America, restaurant and quick access to US 27/interline 192. The house is located in the central part of Florida which only takes 15 to 20 minutes drive to Disney Theme Parks/golf courses/Premium Outlets; 45 to 50 minutes to Orlando Airport and an hour drive to the Cruise Port. Delicious Chinese/Japanese/Vietnamese Foods/Chinese Supermarket. Just an hour drive to Hard Rock Casino & Clear Water Beach in Tampa; 2-1/2 to 3 hours drive to West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach.

This fully furnished 5 bedrooms home has an excellent layout that gives a great flexibility for a big family, a big group of friends or a few small families to enjoy their vacation together so as to reduce cost. Other than 2 split ensuite bedrooms come with queen size beds, there are 3 other bedrooms each has two single beds and a full bathroom at the other side of the house. There are additional 2 single folding beds to accommodate 2 more guests (totally sleep up to 12 person). The open concept kitchen equips with 4 stainless steel appliances. The upgraded TV cable and free in-house high speed Wi-Fi, as well as the private beautiful outdoor heated pool/hot tub at the back of the house enhance the enjoyment of the vacationers during their stay in the house.
