Cette belle villa est située dans le prestigieux Glenbrook Resort au bord d'un lac où ibis et hérons fréquentent contre la vue imprenable sur les levers et couchers de soleil. La légende veut que, il y a 7 alligators dans le lac cohabitant étonnamment avec les poissons. Bien que difficile à prouver 7, ils ont été sûrement repérés par les précédents clients lors de la pêche sur le lac!

La villa est mètres du Clubhouse de la station où vous, en tant qu'invités, avez libre accès 7 jours par semaine pour toutes les installations récréatives offres Clubhouse, comme la natation style resort piscine, terrasses et transats, terrain de tennis, beach-volley, enfants clôturée aire de jeux, centre de remise en forme, salle de jeux, divertissement, livre, jeux vidéo et bibliothèque de DVD, et un centre d'affaires. Produits alimentaires, les pharmacies, les restaurants sont tous accessibles à pied.

Idéalement situé pour l'accès aux parcs à thème Disney (10/15 min de conduite), des terrains de golf, des centres commerciaux, restaurants et bien d'autres attractions, il y a beaucoup d'activités et de l'excitation que vous souhaitez que le soleil ne se couche jamais et la nuit ne tombe jamais. La villa est une conception ouverte-concept, offrant 4 chambres confortables et beaucoup de zones / sittting de vie par le bord du lac. La villa est en forme avec un mobilier élégant, la qualité du linge, appareils, gadgets et ustensiles. Il offre le luxe d'un hôtel de bord de mer et les flexibilités de votre maison. Vous ne même pas besoin d'aller au restaurant tout le temps! Vous pouvez opter pour la nourriture faite maison saine. Ajout au-dessus de cela, si deux familles partagent la villa, vos vacances se révélera être l'expérience de luxe la plus économique de tous.

Après une réunion d'une journée grand Micky et les amis, revenir à la maison et nager dans la piscine sous-marine éclairé ou tout simplement tremper dans la piscine côté spa, savourez l'amusement de la journée et de laisser votre imagination ... La piscine est entièrement blindé et sécurisé avec des alarmes de porte pour la sécurité des enfants. Pour un bain de soleil en plein jour, chaises confortables, table et chaises de patio sont là pour vous d'attraper le soleil de Floride!

La cuisine est à aire ouverte, entièrement équipée pour cuisiner un repas complet ou simplement prendre un verre ou deux.

Il y a une famille sympathique salon donnant sur le lac avec 50 'TV, DVD et des films. Salle à manger a une table à manger formelle ainsi qu'un bar comptoir.

What a fantastic stay! The house was as pictured and had everything we needed. The house is located in a great area. Close to grocery stores (Publix, Walmart, Bravo, Dollar tree) and lots of food options near by as well (Chilis, Five Guys, Dairy Queen, Chick-fil-A, etc). Neighborhood was quiet, and neighbors were very friendly. We would recommend a this property, and would like to return for another stay.

The location was amazing! You had your own private pool in a covered lanai which backs onto a lake so the setting was very serene and quiet. And you were only 3 houses away from the pickleball courts which we enjoyed every day. The home is very spacious and had most things we needed but the decor could definitely use a refresh which is the only reason I would not give it five stars.

This the second time we have booked this property. Yes it might not be gleaming, fancy or flashy but it fitted us perfectly. It was comfortable and had pretty much all we needed. The lake and the wildlife that came with it make our stay even better and the estate and local area, well you couldn’t ask for more.

We enjoyed this property during our recent trip. It’s in a beautiful & quiet development. There were two of us staying here so we had plenty of outdoor/pool furniture. However, if there had been more of us there wouldn’t have been enough. 2 of the 4 regular chairs and 1 of the 4 lounge chairs were unusable. The listing of heated pool is misleading. The pool at the rental is not heated, but is available for an additional cost.We found the beds to be comfortable, however if you are less than 5.1” or elderly, getting into bed will take considerable effort as the mattress are 38” high for the master and 2nd master bedrooms. Easy access and not heavy traffic to local grocery store, Walmart, Walgreens, etc.

Location is great. Owner super nice and easy to work with. House was clean but in desperate need a a refresh. Some new furniture, new toilets, new bedding, new carpet and a coat of paint would put it back to 5 stars for me. Stayed in March of 2021 and gave it 5 stars but not much has changed since then so just needs some small updates to refresh it. It was clean and owners are great and close to parks though!

Thanks for your review. However, you should realize it is our vocation home, not a 5-star hotel. We can keep the bedding as clean as possible. However, we cannot replace the bedding too often to meet your expectations for new beddings. All the furniture were bought new few years ago. And all of them are in a good condition for normal daily usage. We only replace the furniture when it is damaged and not repairable. We will definitely keep our property in a very good condition for our guest. We feel sorry we cannot keep everything new for our guest like everything new. Our goal is to offer our guest a reasonable, friendly, comfortable and home like convenient vocation environment.

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely book again! The house was exactly as described and located in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other convenient shopping options.The home may be a little dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and truly perfect for what our family needed. We traveled with our three young children, and the layout worked so well for us. Our twin girls were beyond excited about the twin beds with the rainbow comforters — it made them feel so special and right at home! The bunk beds were perfect for our 5-year-old, and having two master bedrooms gave my husband and me extra flexibility. I actually ended up using one of the master rooms to organize all of our luggage and extra bags after unpacking, which was a huge help.The pool was a highlight for our family! There were plenty of pool towels available, and we spent so much time enjoying the outdoor space. The house had the basic supplies needed to get started, but I’d recommend bringing or picking up a few extras if you’re staying for several days. I personally always travel with things like dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, a cleaning spray, and even a candle to help make it feel cozy and like home.Overall, this home was perfect for our family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Spacious home in Orlando area

Great location for a family and very accessible. We stayed for a cheerleading competition for my daughter. The cleanliness of the house/pool was a little rough and we left it cleaner than we found it but the club house and spacious rooms were great!

Thanks for the review. We are wondering why you did not report the problem you noticed right after you checked in to our property, as we asked in the welcome email. If you contacted us right after you encountered "the problem", we would have a chance to verify what you reported with the property management company and the cleaner. We will fix the "problem" as soon as possible. You should never leave the things you observed until you checked out. In this case, we have no way to verify what you reported was true or not. If we need to blame the property management company or cleaner, we need to have the solid evidence!!! After you checked out, every possible evidence would be gone. It will be very difficult for us to discuss the problems with them due to lack of evidence. As we experienced in the past, some people were trying to use bad review to threaten the own in order to get a refund. That is why we ask all our guest to report the problems they encountered as soon as possible, never only complaint after they checked out. We wish our guest to work with us together to maintain our property in an excellent service condition to our guest.

This house has it all, wonderful living space, pool, lake view, wildlife right outside, supermarkets within easy reach and so much more in the lovely area of Clermont. We were there for quite a while so we wanted to treat it like it was our own home. We really didn’t want to leave.

Needs alittle up keep, from general wear and tear. Can tell it’s a busy rental. But a good house in a good location. Close to everything. We loved the layout, made house feel bigger than it was. Would stay again.

A super villa

Lovely villa in quiet neighbourhood. A really good base to rest in after the busy parks. On arrival the pool had been left in a dirty state by previous people but after a phone call this was sorted quickly. Towels had been put away dirty too even though we are asked to wash them. Kitchen had everything we needed. The villa is lovely but could do with a really thorough clean through. Would still use it again. Thank you
