Villa Lilla is a beautiful property, maintained to a very high standard. It is surrounded by pretty gardens and four separate patio areas. The pool, accessed by both roman steps and ladder, has its own bathing terrace with attractive Rattan furniture under a pergola. The built in BBQ is situated on its own terrace, with stone table and chairs and this is conveniently adjacent to the dining room and kitchen. The Master bedroom on the upper floor has a large private terrace and the views from here are truly magnificent. Super fast WiFi and Air-con are included in the price.
Mature gardens surround the villa and there are panoramic views over the sea (even when swimming in the pool). There are various terraces and patio areas for seating and dining. The garden is well stocked with mature shrubs, including Hibiscus, Oleander and Bougainvillea, as well as three large indigenous palms to create some shade.
The kitchen is open plan in a mezzanine style, over the sitting room with archway towards the dining room. It is well laid out and modern; Fitted with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas-hob plus extractor, fridge, kettle, toaster etc. The wonderful sea views make it a pleasure to be the cook of the day!

The Utility room is separate and houses the washing machine and a large fridge freezer. There is also a steam iron and ironing board for your use. Just outside there is a drying area with outside sink and shower facilities. There are wonderful views even from here!
The atmosphere at Villa Lilla is relaxed and peaceful - and yet within easy walking distance there is a wealth of great restaurants and cafes, two small supermarkets (at least one of which will deliver) and a great little bakery tucked away in Cala Torret . For the more active there is an excellent diving school and there are tennis courts. There are also several children's play parks for the younger generation to explore.
Menorca is a lovely island with museums, fantastic shopping, a small zoo and a water park - something for everyone.
