WePuglia - Dimora Montaltino

Dimora Montaltino is an independent villa with private swimming pool, located in the countryside between Castellana Grotte and Polignano a Mare.

The accommodation has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi and inside the villa it is possible to park the car under an external pergola.

Dimora Montaltino can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for reaching the main tourist locations of the Itria Valley and the sea of Polignano and Monopoli in few minutes by car but also for enjoying moments of total relaxation without leaving the villa.



A gravel driveway leads to the entrance of the villa. The entrance door opens onto the main corridor which divides the living area from the sleeping area. On the right there are the kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen has an induction hob, sink, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and table with chairs. In the large living room we find a table with chairs, sofa and armchairs to relax inside. The living room has direct access to the veranda overlooking the pool.

The sleeping area is on the left of the entrance corridor, where we find the three double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms with shower. Also from the corridor you enter the third bathroom with shower.

In the lower part of the villa there is a storage room with washing machine.

The external area opens onto the large garden where the private swimming pool is located (10m x 5m , hmax 1.60m), equipped with an external gazebo, solarium and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor car park covered by a pergola.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Castellana Grotte, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12, for the first 5 days.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 300€
