Cottage au coeur de Mt Pleasant avec bassin profond

Chalet vierge rénové au coeur de Mount Pleasant. Cottage est trÚs centralement situé entre le centre-ville historique de Charleston et les plages de Sullivan's Island et Isle of Palms. Situé dans une rue résidentielle calme à distance de marche de grands restaurants. Cette maison récemment rénovée comprend 3 chambres à coucher complÚtes, 2 salles de bain complÚtes (1 conforme ADA), une grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec réfrigérateur sous zéro, un beau salon, une laveuse et une sécheuse haut de gamme, privée
cour arriÚre clÎturée, bassin profond et une salle à manger séparée pour les réunions de famille. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, la 2Úme chambre comprend un lit queen-size et la 3Úme chambre comprend deux lits jumeaux. Toute la maison est meublée dans un style cÎtier propre. Ce chalet est l'endroit idéal pour un couple et des réunions de famille.
Non fumeur seulement. Animaux non admis.

Nous (les propriétaires) vivons directement de l'autre cÎté de la rue et sommes là pour répondre à toutes les questions que vous pourriez avoir. Si vous avez votre propre bateau, nous vous invitons à utiliser également notre quai pour accéder à l'eau. Sur demande, nous pouvons également fournir des kayaks et des planches de stand-up paddle.

We loved this beautiful cottage! It’s nestled into a super safe and gorgeous neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. The home itself is stunning and every detail has been thought of to make you feel comfortable. We’re definitely keeping this rental in mind for future trips

The house met all our expectations and even surpassed some! It is pretty spacious with an awesome front and backyard that is perfect for families with kids. We loved the large open living area and kitchen. All beautifully furnished. The kitchen has high-end appliances. The hosts live close by and are very supportive. And finally, the location is outstanding - very nice community with everything you need close by

We loved exploring Mt. Pleasant and all the nearby boutique shops. The owners were wonderful—always available if we needed anything, which made our stay even more enjoyable. My husband and I can’t say enough about this great house! Located in a tree lined neighborhood nearShem’s Creek, we could easily drive to restaurants and stores in Mount Pleasant. The house was clean, very spacious with a great, fully stocked kitchen for entertaining. Beds were comfortable and tvs in almost every room. The big bonus was the private back yard with porch and small pool. We sat out there almost every morning and enjoying our coffee. Hosts live near by and were available to stop by if needed and very accommodating. Highly recommend this family friendly gem!

Amazing home. Absolutely stunning! The homeowners were so generous to myself and two teens daughters. We booked at last minute after my daughters decided on staying longer in the Charleston area. Mt pleasant is the spot to stay and this property is in walking distance of many restaurants, shops. Highly recommended this property. Will not be disappointed and the plunge pool was a plus.

Weekend getaway

We came to town for a few days for a baseball tournament! Location was great quiet neighborhood and the pool made for the perfect relaxing spot to cool off. Very clean and nice house and the beds are comfortable too! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others considering this location!

Great location!

The photos well represented this excellent VRBO. You are within easy reach of lovely parks, the beach and Charleston. There are a number of good places for dining out near by. This neighborhood and Old Mt. Pleasant provided us with beautiful walks. We hope to rebook in the future.

We love staying at this house

This was our 4th year renting this house. Once again we had a great stay. The house was extremely clean as always, well stocked, and comfortable. Great location, and we had great weather that week so we were able to enjoy the pool too. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any questions or needs I hope to be back next year!

Wonderful Home and Area

We had a great time staying in Jackie's home. Her home is better stocked than any vacation rental we've ever stayed in, clean, and very comfortable. Mt Pleasant is a lovely town, so close to everything you would want to do on a Charleston/beach vacation, that also has great dining & sites to see. We enjoyed the Shem Creek restaurant area. We loved being able to use Jackie's dock, paddle boards & kayaks too. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Favorite VRBO, hands down! And we stayed at TONS!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The home itself is beyond cute and cozy, truly a hidden gem. When I say it was stocked with everything you could possibly need, I mean it! The seasoning cabinet alone was next-level impressive (and I’m from South Louisiana, so I don’t say that lightly, we take our seasoning seriously!).The owners were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They even invited our family to join them on their deck for fireworks on the 4th of July, such a special and thoughtful gesture. When the oven started acting up, they were at the house within 20 minutes to check it out. Talk about attentive!This sweet little spot in Mount Pleasant perfectly accommodated our family of six, and we’d absolutely come back again. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy this cozy, well-equipped, and welcoming home. 10/10 recommend!

Fabuleux!

Idéalement située, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette maison fonctionnelle, agréable et qui cache quelques trésors...dont cet accÚs dont nous avons pu profiter grùce à la gentillesse des propriétaires à leur ponton, dans un endroit magique au bord de l'eau, pour se baigner et comtempler! Notre seul regret est de n'avoir réservé que deux jours, la maison, mount pleasant et Charleston méritent beaucoup plus.
