Ok, prĂšs d'un chalet de plage :) Aussi prĂšs que vous pouvez obtenir Ă  Isle of Palms sans ĂȘtre sur l'Ăźle. Venez dĂ©couvrir cette belle plage rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e dans un quartier calme. Non seulement la plage est Ă  seulement quelques minutes, mais vous ĂȘtes entourĂ© par plus de 20 des meilleurs restaurants, boutiques, duel piano-bar, cinĂ©mas et plus encore. Le centre-ville de Charleston se trouve Ă  quelques minutes de route seulement du pont de Ravenel ...

Le maßtre a un roi et d'autres chambres ont une reine et un lit complet et il y a deux salles de bain complÚtes. (matelas simple disponible si nécessaire)
Plan d'Ă©tage ouvert offre une grande lumiĂšre et divertissant facile. Un grand espace de vie ouvert avec une cheminĂ©e ainsi qu'une salle familiale pour plus d'espace pour la lecture, la conversation, jeux, etc. Les caractĂ©ristiques comprennent Belles nouveaux planchers partout, comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine. Grand arriĂšre porches doubles donnant sur la cour arriĂšre privĂ©e est excellent pour se dĂ©tendre avec des siĂšges pour beaucoup et un barbecue prĂȘt Ă  mettre le feu.
Il n’ya qu’un porche / terrasse sur toute la longueur de l’arriĂšre de la maison et il y a une cour des deux cĂŽtĂ©s de la maison .... C’est aussi ma rĂ©sidence personnelle pendant la majeure partie de l’hiver, vous la trouverez donc dĂ©corĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec soin. nommĂ© plus que la plupart des maisons.


Je viens de dĂ©corer les deux porches pour lui donner plus de place en Ă©tĂ© si il fait chaud sur le plus ouvert, donc il fait beau et ombragĂ© Ă  la fin pour se mettre Ă  l'abri du soleil..LOCATION; EMPLACEMENT; EMPLACEMENT; Ce n’est pas seulement une belle maison, c’est un emplacement GRAND et PRATIQUE offrant toutes les commoditĂ©s des plages de l’üle de Palms, de l’üle Sullivan, de Mt Pleasant et du centre-ville de Charleston ....

Bien approvisionné à la maison, nous avons essayé de penser à tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Prix moins de 2 chambres d'hÎtel dans la rue ... Dort facilement 6 et nous adorons les chiens alors il suffit de demander. Désolé pour les allergies familiales, nous ne pouvons pas héberger des chats.

Very nice and comfortable property with a lot of space to spread out in. Very well-stocked kitchen and a nice outdoor area. Very convenient to Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island for those who are traveling to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Bery quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants & shopping. House & garden were perfect for our small dog. House was very clean & comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of space for our grown children to come for family dinner. Host was exceptional.

Wonderful stay

What a lovely cottage! We appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the owner. We had easy access to the beach, shopping, tourist locations, and restaurants. We have stayed in many rentals and this is one of the best by far.

Close to beach and shopping, easy access to highways

My family was in town for my daughter's wedding and this was a great location to drive to the beach, the venue and my families homes in the area. All the stores that you need are a very short driving distance. The house has everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and the host Cindy, was very responsive to questions. This one is definitely staying on my list to revisit when we come back to visit family next!

Perfect house

The house was amazing especially the shower. The location was perfect with everything you needed was close by. All of the furnishings were new and super clean.The neighborhood was quiet, well maintained and safe. Our host Cindy was super and very responsive. If you want a perfect place to stay this is the place. Overall the best thing about our stay was our host Cindy. She made us feel welcome and treated us as her friend. I will stay here every time I am in the Charleston area.

SC Lowcountry Visit

Nice neighborhood centrally located on Isle of Palms, and the location served as wonderful gateway to access the area from Charleston to Winyah Bay.

Between my family and the team I coach, I book 6-10 stays a year. Rarely does the house live up to the pictures. This house surpassed all expectations! It was beautifully decorated and had all the necessities for a week long stay. My wife and I took our 3 teenage girls and they absolutely loved the house. Starting with the sweet “goody bucket” this house had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and cook ware. And one more thing, Cindy was a wonderful host! She communicated quickly and gave me ideas for the local area. Five minute drive to the beach and close to shopping for the girls.

Great house and location

We were attending a wedding in Mount Pleasant but also wanted to do sightseeing on Isle of Palms and Charleston. This property was perfectly located! Cutely decorated and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The back patio is very Private with lots of plants and foliage. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay! I had a family member visit from out of town, so I booked this home. Very cute, super clean, loved the fenced in yard and the property manager was so accommodating for my dogs! She was quick to respond to messages and super easy to work with. Perfect location for beach and Shem Creek visits. Would stay here again!

Great location..convenient to the beach and downtown Charleston

Fully stocked home for entertaining family and friends, quiet neighborhood and only 15 minute to Isle of Palms beach and just 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. The home has comfortable furniture and beds and beautiful outdoor space with a fully fenced yard to allow our dog to join us
 would definitely recommend this home if you are bringing your pet.

Hi, I’m Cindy. I’m a local real estate agent in Charleston with AgentOwned Realty on Isle of Palms. I truly love what I do and especially enjoy working with wonderful families who often become friends over time.

Dog rescue is a big passion of mine, and my four-legged crew keeps life fun and entertaining. I walk my dogs on Sullivan’s Island every morning and have missed very few days in the 18 years I’ve lived here. Crossing the Isle of Palms bridge at sunrise and seeing the ocean never gets old — it still takes my breath away.

I raised three wonderful children here in the Mount Pleasant area, and now that they’re grown, I’m enjoying this next chapter of life. My dogs now rule the roost!

Originally we’re from Vail, Colorado, but many years ago we traded the ski slopes for the beach — and have never looked back.

If you are looking for something close to the beach with out the price tag, this home could be the closest one available. No traffic to deal with!!! Save money !!! Close to so many of the restaurants with 20 plus fabulous choices all within 1/2 mile you will be able to afford to eat out more:). Shopping and entertainment are also so close. Downtown is a quick 10-15 minutes away. Mount Pleasant has a large assortment of antique and eclectic find shop's for those ready for a day away from the sun and fun. So much to do, so little time!!!!
Our vacation home is open, light and cheery . A great outdoor private yard. Because we all enjoy cottage-like atmospheres, we chose our home in a funky, quiet and rather eccentric small neighborhood where locals as well as vacationers can revel and relax in its casual vibe.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home has a living room with TV and a family room with a TV. A long porch connects 2 yards, one shaded for the pooches and one patio style for entertaining. Everything in the house has a unique story...and is decorated with quality. I think when our guest arrive they drive in wondering where they are ...and then the biggest compliment is how much they love the house and then by the time they leave .....can't believe how convenient it is to everything.
