Just a helpful tip, please clean dishwasher filter regularly, as well as the dryer vent duct work. Small details that make a big impact. The place was clean and comfortable! We would definitely book it again!!!!

The condo was beautiful and it's surroundings. Parking was a struggle. Garage is too small for a truck and we weren't aware if we parked in the parking lot we'd be towed if we didn't have a parking pass. So,almost got towed. The response time to this problem was slow. Other than that, quite a lovely and nice place.

The place is clean and well kept. Proximity to the mountain is also good. The beds were uncomfortable. Parking was confusing and the unit itself was super hard to find and multiple stories up which made it hard to unload, especially after a long day on the mountain.

It was nice! It would be helpful if there were dish towels and a sponge or scrubber in the kitchen. Also the entry code is way too long and you have to do it really fast. 4 numbers would be easier. We would stay again!

Great home to stay with family

Love having a kitchen with all the needed items to prepare home cooked meals for our family. Beds were comfortable and really like the room heaters for self regulation.

The property was spotless, plenty of towels provided and was perfect for our family of four with teenage kids. It was listed as not having AC, and the 90 heat was unexpected. That being said, the ceiling fans did a good job and the auxiliary fan was nice, maybe one more for each bedroom? The parking situation is very confusing as a previous reviewer mentioned. The only option that you have is garage parking, assume nothing else. Our Silverado barely fit, I’m talking inches on each side clearance and squeezing out the door, folding the mirrors in. Not ideal, so make sure that is factored in when selecting this property. We parked outside the garage and got a notice that next time it would be immobilized. Don’t listen to the welcome email stating that there is a parking pass available. Not sure what the solution would have been had we not executed a thirty point turn around to get it in the garage. That was the only hiccup, and I would rent this unit again. With a smaller vehicle of course…

Thank you for the detailed review! We’re so glad the property was spotless, well equipped with towels, and a great fit for your family. We appreciate you sharing your experience with the heat and parking situation, especially the tight garage clearance and conflicting parking information. We’ll review the parking instructions with our team to make them clearer and ensure guests have accurate expectations before arrival. We’re happy to hear you’d stay with us again, and we’d love to host you in the future!

Great location and community

Property is pretty much advertised as is. Make sure you pay attention to the comments on the parking garage size as parking is extremely limited if you can’t use the garage. Property is within 10 minutes of downtown Ketchum and onsite amenities are great. Only issue we had was difficulty with the upstairs fan remotes. Otherwise, would highly recommend this property.

great place but property management not the best

This was a great place for a family of 4. We had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms were a little hot mid-summer but there are ceiling fans which helped. It did take us awhile to find where to take out the garbage so perhaps a informational book in the room would help that gave information on the condo complex and also recommended places to eat, etc. Our only complaint really was the parking. We had a mid-size truck which was difficult to fit in the small garage. The signage outside the garage actually said compact cars only which makes sense. This should be listed in the home description. Vacasa management was very unhelpful when we called to get the garage code and informed them the garage was too small for our vehicle. Instead of helping us, the woman on the phone simply hung up on us. Very poor customer service. Nothing wrong with the home, but we expect better customer service from management.

Elkorn village Idaho condo

Property was excellent and comfortable and the area is so well appointed for hiking and biking and golf if you want to spend the money. We didn't receive a vode to access the pool although wasn't a game changer. The condo was very hard to find..took me 30 minutes along a totally dsrk obscure corridor. Then day 2 the house code didn't work. Called the vacasa agent in south america? She tried forb20 minutes to reset code. No luck.Again it is pitch dark even in the day. She said a vacasa agent would contact me..2 hours later i called vacasa again. This gentleman was very helpful and called the local vacasa agent who wasn't available but his associate came in his place in 20 minutes. He could not use the ket code either. Opened lock box.No key. Ultimately i.guess used a master to open the door. And he was aghast at the lack of lighting at the door. Changed one bulb. Tried to chane the overhead bulb..didn't work.Called the homeowner associates who did fix the light the next day. He also gave us a workable key which we used instead of the code pad for the remainder of our stsy. I don't fault the owners but i think they need to have a strong chat with vacasa phone response obviously out of the country. Otherwise well situated and comfortable condo and beyond the 1st 2 day's has was great!

Perfect base to explore Sun Valley

This is a beautiful property, perfectly situated in the shade of tall Aspens and with a close view of the pond. We loved the 3 different porches, 2 large balconies on the first 2 floors and a small balcony from the King bedroom on the top floor. The ceiling fans were much appreciated as Idaho in July is warm! Really liked the personal touches of novels to choose from and board games to play in the 2nd floor living room and all of the Idaho paraphernalia and artwork throughout the property. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The nearest pool is just a couple min walk away and was quiet and uncrowded, even in the middle of high season. Sun Valley and Ketchum are easy to get to from here by the local free shuttle bus, which picks up right outside the property or by bike or car. Highly recommend this rental to others visiting the Sun Valley area! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place, as advertised, but furniture very uncomfortable.

The place is lovely. Very clean. All is as advertised. We have stayed at many of the places in the same complex over the last ten years. We usually come up about 10-12 times per year. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars, the lowest I've ever given any condo in this complex, is because the beds/couches/dining room chairs were hands down the worst we've all experienced. They look beautiful, but we all woke up with backaches. Our king bed was the softest bed we've ever slept on, very uncomfortable. The couch in the living room, very pretty, extremely soft and very deep. The dining room chairs also uncomfortable. Hands down the worst furniture all of us had ever experienced, could not wait to come home to get a decent night's sleep. I don't think a pillow topper can help this bed! Not sure there is anything that can be done to salvage that couch!!! Again beautiful, but when the entire family has difficulty standing up after 15 minutes you know it's not a good situation. The other thing for me personally was the number of stairs to get to the condo carrying your luggage, and then another steep stairway to get to the bedrooms. I'll always look for something on VRBO, just not this condo. Thank you. Marta
