Perfect location - close to everything, but it was still very quiet. The rental is larger than we thought it would be which was a pleasant surprise. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool area was also fantastic. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in town.

Great location

We spent 4th July weekend in this cozy condo. Even though it was a busy weekend the units were quiet and very conveniently located within walking distance of the town and gondola. The condo had everything we needed and we were very comfortable.

Perfect place

Great location! Walking distance to food and shops and fishing the river. Loved the bike path being so close for morning runs. Just an hour drive to Stanley for some amazing hikes and whitewater rafting.

The property was amazing. It was just my wife and me and another couple...so the two bedroom/two bath configuration met our needs perfectly. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom were a little tight and the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom was a little low, but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic weekend here. Great for a family of 3! The kitchen has lots of dishes and pans for in-house meals. The bathroom supplies are plentiful with tissues, soaps and extras. We love the layout where our teenager can go up to the loft while we’re on the main floor. This unit is on the second floor, parking is easy, and access to the river trail is nearby for biking and walks. We enjoyed the patio for one morning coffee. Easy to walk or drive into town. Next time we hope we’ll enjoy the pool and hot tub but we ran out of time this trip.

The location is perfect. The place is very clean. I would suggest that they fix the door entry. It was very hard to get into the house. You have to pull on the door and you feel like you're going to break the key in the lock. I would also replace the broken or missing handle upstairs for the dresser. And the refrigerator door.

We love the close proximity to the River Run Lodge and Gondola and all that downtown Ketchum has to offer. Sun Valley and Ketchum have become some of our favorite places in the country and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
