Relaxing fishing weekend

Beautiful peaceful cabin on the water. Well furnished with anything you could need. Very clean. I would like to mention that it is listed as a 3 bedroom but is only 2 bedrooms inside the home and a bonus room with a futon off the back patio. That still worked fine for us and will definitely stay here again. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Needs some work

The place itself is great along with the location. They do not provide many pictures of the inside, it is very out of date. Only half of our lightbulbs actually worked. Not worth the price

Sorry you was not pleased with your stay, I appreciate your honesty and will work on your recommendations. You are so right in saying that our place is a great place along with the location. As a fisherman just that alone is worth the price. Thank for your review and I hope you will visit again. I have adjusted my prices as of 3-18-19.

Not what we expected

The house is cute from the outside. But, it definitely need lots of TLC inside. There were rat feces in the cabinets, leftover food from others were in the fridge and toilet doesn't flush so my friend's husband have to fix it. One of the bedroom didn't have blinds or curtains and we have to hang blankets to block out the sun light in the morning. Not the cleanness place we had stayed in. We didn't want to cook in the lodge much rather sit down. We decided to go fishing down the pier. My friend's husband took 2 steps into the neighbor's yard to cast his line. All of a sudden the neighbor charge down to the pier on his lawnmower telling us we better not step foot in his yard. While we have to deal with the neighbor and being threaten by him, his two big Golden Retrievers were in our yard the entire time we stayed. Because of the neighbor's two big dogs, we were scared to let our two small dogs out of the house to enjoy the outside. It's not pet friendly at all if you have small dogs. Many improvement need it.

Sounds like you had a bad day so your taking it out on me....you had my # and this is the 1st I hear of any of this....I am available by phone and text. I can not help you with the neighbors it is their property. The dogs you refer to are big dogs but what if they were your dogs this is the lake country its not all perfect but is beautiful. The house is what I have posted on VRBO I did not cover any thing up. Sorry you had such a bad stay. I was just there and enjoyed every moment. Also every room in the house has curtains. You didn't mention that you had dogs reservations show 4 adults 2 children needless to say animals are allowed and I am ok with that.

The house was amazing and the fishing was great. Its very quite out there. Mrs. Rebecca was so sweet and answered all my questions. Thanks so much for a great weekend get away we will be back soon.

Amazingly unique.

The pictures do no justice. This place is country perfection at it’s finest. Loved the fishing from waters edge. And the host was very helpful and great on info. We will return for many more vacation get aways

Awesome home away from home.

We loved everything about this place..The boat ramp was really close and has water access to leave the boat..Plenty of room for my family and super nice host..We will definately rent again.
