Belle maison de cinq chambres et trois salles de bain en face du marais supérieur de Truckee. Promenade facile au lac à travers la prairie ou à travers le quartier. Terrain d'angle incliné, voisins minimaux, privé. Grande plate-forme enveloppante avec gril à gaz à 4 brûleurs pour une vie extérieure facile. Maison parfaite pour les réunions de famille d'été. Cuisine rénovée et grande pièce. Salle de jeux avec des jeux d'arcade vintage (tous gratuits, bien sûr.) Grande cour latérale idéale pour les activités de plein air. C'est une maison vraiment amusante. Location de vélos et kayaks à proximité. Transport public. (Pas de fêtes de célibataire / bachelorette, mariages ou réceptions.)

La cuisine récemment rénovée a tous les nouveaux appareils, comptoirs en quartz et cuisinière avec four double. Le grand îlot de cuisine offre suffisamment d'espace pour que plusieurs cuisiniers puissent travailler leur magie tout en profitant du plaisir dans la grande salle.

La grande salle récemment rénovée comprend un immense foyer au gaz de roche de style lodge qui peut facilement réchauffer les nuits fraîches de Tahoe et une télévision de 50 pouces. La salle de jeux dispose d'une table de billard et de 4 jeux vidéo d'arcade, dont Pac Man et Ms PacMan (gratuits, bien sûr) pour les enfants de tous âges. Parfait pour les tournois PacMan en famille pour les enfants et les adultes.

Deux (2) chambres en bas: une chambre avec un lit double et un lit jumeau; la deuxième chambre a des lits superposés (plein inférieur et double supérieur) et futon complet; salle de bain complète au bout du couloir, laveuse et sécheuse. Trois (3) chambres à l'étage: une chambre principale avec un lit queen et salle de bain complète; une chambre avec un lit queen; et une chambre avec un lit double et des lits jumeaux); une salle de bain complète au bout du couloir.
** Par ordonnance de la ville de South Lake Tahoe, l'occupation maximale est de 14 personnes avec 4 places de parking pour les invités.

NOTE: Cette maison est disponible de fin mai à novembre. Trois (3) nuits minimum au printemps et à la fin de l'été. Quatre (4) nuits minimum en période estivale de pointe, le 4 juillet et l'Action de grâce. Maison de moins de 5 mois en location ski du 1er décembre à mi-avril.

It's an awesome place.

This was our third time staying at this house and there will be a forth time. Family and I love this house and the location, it's a prefect place for a family vacation.

Best Tahoe experience

This was our very first cabin rental and it was truly perfect. My kids and family really enjoyed the arcade. The owners thought of everything that would make a visitors experience a great one. I can't wait to come back!

Perfect setting for our family!

We came to Tahoe to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The owner was very accommodating since it was a surprise. We had 11 adults and everyone slept great! We enjoyed the video games, pool table, hot tub and BBQ grill. The neighborhood is nice and not traveled by many cars. It is a short walk to the beach and park. The house is in great proximity to the casinos, lake and restaurants. We made lots of memories and will definitely be back!

Beautiful but…

The house and location were beautiful. However there were a few off things. The fridge froze the food but the freezer didn’t work and the dishwasher leaked. Overall though, a wonderful experience.

I am sorry you experienced issues during your stay. The property manager checked the dishwasher after the reported leak and did not find a leak nor did the guest checking in after you so I do not know what happened in that instance. As for the refrigerator, someone turned the refrigerator temp. down to 32 degrees which would cause the food freeze. The freezer was working but the ice cube maker was not, likely because the freeze temp in the refrigerator caused ice in the water line. You were at the house during extreme hot weather so many people opening and closing the door may have caused someone to think lowering the temp was a good idea. We always request that guests contact our property manager immediately with any issue so that we can troubleshoot and repair the inevitable problems in a busy house. Thanks for your reservation and I am glad you had a good time on your trip.

50th birthday retreat

The house was amazing and the pool table became more than I could've imagined eith tournaments between adults and kids. The house was stalked beyond my imagination with spices oils foil dishes cookware, everything someone would need to live for a month. The owner of thr house was in great contact when certain things were needed. Hopefully we will stay again next summer. We lived the house and location in this quiet little neighborhood!

Great location in Tahoe

The property is near Stateline, Emerald Bay, and some of the best beaches on the south side of the lake. The game room and hot tub make it easy to spend a day at the house.

Good floor plan and game room

The house has good floor plan and enough space for 12 people. The check-in instructions was very clear, and instructions to use different items in the house are posted wherever we need. I think the owner/ property manager are very thoughtful of various situations ones might have questions. We had so much fun with the game room. They have a lot of good games for both kids and adults. The space is a little cramp for playing pool though. As many already mentioned, the house creaks so bad, but we get used to it after a couple days.

Absolute Heaven

The pictures don’t do the place justice, it was beautiful inside and out. The neighborhood was serene and everything was either a nice walk or quick drive away. There was a nice quiet little creek that we all walked to each day. I definitely recommend this place!

Great house and location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 11 of us total and there was plenty of room for us all. The house is in a great location within walking distance to great marsh trails and the lake. Would stay here again.

Helpful and great set up!

First off the house was a perfect setup for what we needed/wanted! I am so glad we picked this place to stay! The helpful part comes in from the owner, Geri. All six of us could not figure out how to start the dishwasher. We looked at the helpful kitchen binder and still nothing. Geri called me personally and was able to help us locate the child lock and turn it off. None of us have kids, never would have thought of it. Plus, through that conversation and when I called upon checking out, I’m old school, Geri was a delight to talk with. She was appreciative of us staying at her place and was even curious as to how our trip was going! Overall, you won’t regret staying here. The house has everything you need, and the management is super nice and attentive! Thanks for a wonderful stay in Tahoe!

Great location for a family.

The owner thought of everything that a house would need. Enjoyed the hot tub and location. Only cons were the super loud floors, I’m an early riser so I woke up my guests a few times. The garbage was full when we arrived so I felt really bad that we had to leave bags of garbage in the kitchen. The arcade games didn’t all work but we weren’t there for the games. The living room was cozy and I especially loved the fireplace.

Great House with Views!

We had a great time at this house! It was very clean and the kitchen/family area is perfect for large groups. It has a beautiful view and is just a short walk from the lake. Our kids really enjoyed the hot tub and video games. Just a note to future guests - if you have any light sleepers, have them stay upstairs as the floors are creaky and those in the downstairs bedrooms can hear everything. Geri was very prompt with her responses and we felt very welcome in her home.

Perfect Family Getaway

2 members in our party need to use a cane for mobility. Couldn't have found a more perfect place. A minimum of stairs to contend with in the main part of the home. Great quarters for everyone. Plenty of room. Everything we needed was there to use. Kids loved the games. We all really enjoyed the hot tub. SPECIAL THANKS TO GERI! We'll be back when we're ready for the perfect Tahoe experience.
