This lovely little apartment is a 10 minute walk to ponte vecchio and is located down a quiet street with views of a large garden. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and the bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. We would definitely return!

Family of 4 visiting from Milano. Everything about the stay was excellent. We prefer staying on this side of the river and the location did not disappoint.

Great stay

This apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. Valentina was a great host and had everything we needed. The apartment is a bit of a walk from the tourist areas across the river, but we enjoyed the quiet at the end of the day.

Our lovely host met us and made check in easy at the apartment. Apartment was on a quiet street with wonderful restaurants near by for dining(with recommendations from our host) as well as a grocery, bakery, etc.. Location was ideal for walking to all the sites in the city, but allowed for the opportunity to have quiet mornings and evenings too in a nice, beautiful space. Highly recommend!

Great location to Florence on a quiet street

Host was amazing as she checked us in, took the time to map out all the sites to visit, and was very communicative before our arrival. Large 2 bed flat with bunk beds in one with a large shared bathroom. Very clean, quiet, AC units, and close to restaurants and a grocery store.

Great place and great location

This is a nice apartment in a great location away from big crowds and yet close to popular attractions and great neighborhood restaurants. The owner is very friendly and nice. All appliances worked well (including the two A/C units) which were in very much need during the hot days.

Fabulous family friendly apartment

This apartment is great and as advertised. Even has laundry! Valentina is a fantastic host. When we had a small issue (our fault), she made sure it got resolved quickly. The location is across the river so a bit quieter which we appreciated. There are plenty of restaurants and even a playground at the end of the block. Perfect spot for families.

Valentina was a very gracious host and provided us with helpful information regarding the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close by and nice to be in a quieter location at the end of a busy day. Room was very clean and amenities such as an iron and hair dryer were helpful. We also loved the view of the gardens across the street. Valentina helped us out with a last minute issue we were having on our last day (our issue). We sincerely appreciated her assistance. Highly recommend a stay here.

Terrific apartment

We spent four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Valentina greeted us on arrival, and helped orient us to the apartment & neighborhood. Her home is comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, with a grocery store and several restaurants nearby. And it’s a short walk to the many museums and historical sights in Florence.

Great apt in the best part of Florence

This apt was perfect for my month long stay in Italy. I have a study abroad student and to be able to be there to see her and also to travel all over Italy was perfect. Communication with the owner was easy and timely, the property was clean and I felt safe and comfortable. The neighbor was the best.. on the quiet side of the river. I highly recommend the property!

great Florentine apartment on quiet street

This little apartment was perfect for us with our two small children. They loved their room with the "letto a castello" (bunk bed) and the rest of the apartment had a cozy amount of space - master bedroom - small living area - dining nook and kitchen. TV, windows onto a quiet street - the other side is a walled off garden. So yeah for a small family getaway, you can cook for yourself, the property was perfect. Valentina was very communicative and helpful. Best part was probably location - like I said on a quiet essentially residential street - a block from a park where kids could play - some restuarants, gelato, bar / cafe, and grocery store. And then a block or two from the Santa Maria Del Carmine church - and another couple blocks to Piazza Santo Spirito. So all told within a fifteen minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. Would definitely recommend. Grazie!

About me, male, 50 plus, fussy engineer type.I'm glad I chose this accommodation, the area is close enough to the city centre but far enough away to be peaceful. The rooms are just as photographed. The view of the private Torrigiani gardens is nice to see but as it is private of course payment has to be made to visit (I think around 100 for four people).I think my daughter would have liked to have had a balcony, maybe the apartment front door could have a handle to help close the door rather than pulling on the knocker, this would make closing to door quieter for the neighbours above and below.The shower was fine for me but maybe a bit small if you are not.It took a couple of days before we realised that the stairway had a light and that we didn't have to use our phone light.The nearby shops were good for provisions.A couple of nearby bakeries.Gelato 'shop' available until very late just around the corner.The restaurants nearby were good and spoke english and were very kind with my poor Italian.A small local produce market appeared one day at the park, really nice to see people care about local, authentic, bread, honey, cheese etc.The hosts were fantastic; porgo i miei più sinceri ringraziamenti.
