Si vous recherchez des vacances d'été inoubliables pour votre famille, à un prix raisonnable, chez Braunfels ... Vous l'avez trouvé! Cet endroit est le meilleur sur la rivière. Située sur River Road à New Braunfels, cette nouvelle maison construite en 2011 se trouve à 60 mètres de la rivière Guadalupe, où vous avez accès à 400 pieds de façade sur la rivière juste en face d'une belle falaise entre les 2e et 3e croisements de rivière. Situé dans la communauté de Cliffview Condominiums. Vous aurez une plage rocheuse avec accès direct au fleuve, ce qui en fait le lieu idéal pour jouer ou simplement vous détendre en regardant les autres flotter dans la rivière. Aussi, vous pouvez entrer dans la rivière ici et sortir à une variété d'endroits le long de la rivière. Un service de navette est disponible dans les environs pour vous ramener à la propriété. Cette nouvelle maison de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain complète est entièrement meublée avec télévision à écran plat et lecteur DVD dans le salon. Maison a WIFI, laveuse et sécheuse et fosse privée de charbon de bois. La cuisine a une grande disposition ouverte avec des comptoirs en granit et un bar pour manger et jouer aux cartes et aux jeux. Elle est équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable (cuisinière, four, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle), d'une cafetière et d'un four micro-ondes. Sont également inclus les ustensiles de cuisine (couverts, couverts et casseroles). Vous devrez apporter des serviettes supplémentaires, des gants de toilette et des couvertures. Maison fournit des serviettes, mais les grandes parties auront besoin de suppléments. La chambre principale a un lit king size, une commode, une table de nuit et sa propre salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne. Chambre n ° 2 a un lit queen size. La chambre n ° 3 dispose de 2 ensembles de lits superposés, chacun étant jumelé. Vous donnant plusieurs options de sommeil. *** CECI EST UNE MAISON NON FUMEUR ***

Loved our stay here. The Villa is a great location and easy to get down to the river for relaxing river access. Also within walking distance of toob rentals. Place was comfortable for the 10 of us plus room if you have more. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were all very nice accommodations. Was great having covered parking and hang out area on the bottom floor and of course the covered patio up top

Our family River trip

We loved the house but it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. There was a hat from the previous people in the footboard of one of the bedrooms kinda shoved in and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned it seemed like. But we enjoyed the stay! Really good location on the river.

spring break family fun!

Good location to the river. Had good time with family. Did not realize there is not a 'dining table', would of been nice. Needs a little better cleaning. I had to clean refrigerator. table outside, door, and floors. There were no kitchen towels and the refrigerator shelves were broken out as well as a drawer. Just needs some TLC

A great spring break

I have a family of 8 and we stayed here 3 nights. The place was great and location is as well. It is a little close to the neighbors but theu were all fairly considerate and didn't make a lot of late noise. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay

Had a Bachelorette weekend, loved the location, the weather did not cooperate but we still found ways to have fun including the bbq out back! Location was perfect for a walk to the river which only took about 3 mins! Looking forward to renting again with better weather to enjoy the river!

Fun trip

Property location was great, tubing outfitter located next door, private beach area for the community, quite location. We had a great visit to the Guadalupe and are looking forward to visiting again.

Other than very rude and obnoxious neighbors late at night and in the early mornings the house was great!!! Beds are so so the king bed has a huge hole that you sink into the middle and same with queen bed. Tv had no volume and couldnt figure out why but didn’t watch tv. Location was perfect, call Roy’s rental and they will bring tubes and put in at the house then float down to 2nd crossing and they will bring you back. House had everything you need. Other than that it was great little vacation. David was very responsive and answered all questions. Biggest complaint was the neighbors but the house and owners have nothing to do about that

Great place

We usually rent in this community, it a different house that is on the waterfront row. This is the first time for this specific house and we had a great time! Owner was very attentive and responsive! Clean house, kitchen has all necessities as advertised. Our girls had a blast and we will be returning again! Only thing I’d ask of the owners is to provide a better updated mop. The one there was old and not useful . We wanted to mop after we cleaned up and had the kids in bed but the mop was less than helpful.

River getaway

Drive into property was a bit long from main road...House was nice, but many small bugs and dirt on window sills. Did not have cable TV whole time we were there. Was broken and needed repairs. Enjoyed the deck and walking to River. Wish it would have been a river view, but could not really tell that from the pictures. Overall pleasant experience.

Great spot for a river trip

House was just as described. Very spacious good for large groups. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was mostly stocked with everything you need to cook. Short walk to the river for some tubing or relaxing in the water. A short drive to many different tube launching and rental companies. We will definitely stay here again on future river trips. Host was friendly and easy to talk to and check in was a breeze. Very clean aside from one spot under the house at the table set up by the bbq. There was a bit of a mess below left by the previous owners in the form of some happy birthday glitter sprinkles all over. Honestly this was not a big deal to us in any way it didn’t affect us or our stay and with as busy as the weekend was it was totally understandable. Had a great time.
