Great location

This apartment was perfect for us. the location was amazing with shops and restaurants close by ad tourist attractions within walking distance. The apartment itself is a nice mix of modern and historical with tall wooden doors and balconies. Luggage storage was very convenient and secure and the welcome package of food and drink was very appreciated. We also felt very secure with an outside door, an inner door leading to just two apartments and then the apartment door.

First off, I must start with the amazing customer service all around from the moment of booking, through tour, transportation and food options to check in. Ahniya and the team answered every question and concern and ensured we were all having the best time we could while in Barcelona. Secondly the location of the apartment is perfect for being just close (or far enough away) from the heavy tourist areas. We had no issue walking where we needed or taking the metro or the occasional can. My only slightly negative comment would be the overall condition of the apartment, for the price it really needs a quick rehab to correct many of the small issues encountered from holes in the floor, shower not draining, doors not closing and multiple minor issues that add up. And my final comment is the A/C does not do a good job of cooling all three bedroom. The small bedroom was stifling over night. I will end with saying I would stay here again and my comments are only my suggestions to make this apartment even more amazing.

*Please note that while there is a split AC unit in the living room, the bedrooms are not air-conditioned.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
