The house does have regular pest control but it has since had extra treatment to kill the ants, the dirt by the sliding door has also been cleaned. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected failure by our cleaning team prior to your check-in, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive after a long day of travel to find the home not ready. While the cleaners responded quickly, we recognize that asking you to leave while they worked was not an acceptable solution, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the home itself, the pool, and found the master bed comfortable, and that our communication before and during your stay met your expectations.
