Nouvellement décoré luxe 4 lit / 3 salles de bain marque nouvelle maison avec grande piscine privée et Spa au sein de la communauté fermée de Highgate à Legacy Park. Nouveau canapé, literie et linge de maison neufs, nouvelle télévision intelligente et unité de télévision fraîchement peinte dans les zones principales.
Belle villa de plain pied de quatre chambres dans un excellent emplacement avec piscine fantastique face au sud, un spa et une terrasse de la piscine à Highgate Park, Davenport. Accès facile aux attractions Disney.
Notre villa de luxe privée de haute spécification est située sur un terrain d'angle premium et est meublée à un niveau supérieur.

Avec 4 chambres et trois salles de bains, la villa spacieuse peut accueillir 8 personnes en toute intimité et offre l'emplacement et les installations idéales pour des vacances en famille ou en groupe.

1 maîtres en-Suite avec lit king, dressing, portes-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse de la piscine.
1 lit Queen avec walk-in.

Sharon was very responsive and great with communication. Overall the place met our needs with a heated pool and driving distance to parks . I suggest continuing to make small home improvements to help with the value. Ie the carpet felt a bit run down and themed rooms for kids would be fun .

Myself and my family were very pleased with everything about the home. The house itself is gorgeous. It was a plus we love cooking and everything was there that we needed. The house definitely feels like a home and we truly enjoyed spending our Christmas in your home. I especially thought the bed was super comfy. The home did not disappoint at all.

Great house for family visiting the parks

House has everything you need for a successful stay. The layout and amenities make the stay easy. The pool is a great option for relaxing outdoor time with friends and family.

My kids had such an awesome time in this beautiful home. My husband and I loved it so much! It was our 15th year anniversary and our youngest son's 12th birthday. Plus our 1st ever family vacation and my very first time going to Florida needless to say it was an absolutely wonderful experience that we're hoping to do every year God willing of course. Communication with management when I had a question was easy and stress free. I would recommend anyone to stay here!!

Before Disney vacation stay.

Very nice home plenty of room for the 5 adults and baby. Close to shopping and dining. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Would definitely stay again.

Great House To Stay

Loved it here!

The house was beautiful and fit 6 adults nicely. We went for a Disney vacation and the drive into the parks wasn’t bad. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The heated pool was wonderful on our rest days. Communicating with management was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again,

Great location, good communication, nice house - very spacious, pool and spa was excellent. Only complaint is there was only 4 wash cloths in the entire house. Luckily there was only 4 of us staying but we had to wash laundry much more often than desired on vacation but thats the only negative i have for our whole stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Villa for families

We had a wonderful stay over Spring break. The house had everything you could need and was really well presented. We enjoyed using the heated pool and the property manager was really responsive after bad weather damaged the screened area outside. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the house as a great place for Disney parks holidays.

Property was really nice and clean. Hot tub was nice - all the TVs were updated and smart TVs (big plus for the kids). Beds comfortable, no complaints here!

Great place in a gated community

Clean and comfortable located close to grocery stores and restaurants. This was our 2nd year at this property. management very willing to answer any questions.
