: Everything was great and the location was convenient; all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking are provided. It’s difficult to find a parking space, but you can find one in the neighbouring streets.

It is quite an uphill walk to get from the central part to the flat. Then you have 4 flights of step

It is quite an uphill walk to get from the central part to the flat. Then you have 4 flights of steps to negotiate. It is not in the best location, we were quite nervous walking anywhere in this neighbourhood and a few locals warned us too. The bed is a sleeper couch which is not comfortable. The aircon is brilliant. The shower drain was blocked. It was reasonable but I would probably look elsewhere the next time.

The apartment itself was nice. It has modern furnishings and is bright. It generally has a lovely view of a small park and the Graça Church. The amenities are adequate. The cleanliness is superficially acceptable. Things didn't look quite so clean behind the sofa or under the sofa bed in our apartment. The sofa bed had soft mattresses and squeaked with almost every movement. The apartment door could only be locked from the inside, not from the outside. Opening the front door was a gamble. We could turn the key in the lock over and over again, but to no avail. The support team tried to help, but it was only of limited use. Even after four days, we weren't able to open the door right away. I can't say to what extent we are more or less skilled than others, but we certainly found it unreasonable.

Entrei uma hora mais tarde que o previsto pois atrasaram a limpeza. É bem mais pequeno que nas fotos, a limpeza desde a porta do prédio até ao apartamento deixa muito a desejar. Quando eu entrei a casa de banho cheirava a urina. O secador que tem na gaveta não funciona. A máquina de café não funciona direito. Só deixaram duas toalhas de banho sendo que éramos duas pessoas durante três dias... Choveu um pouco e a varanda ficou logo inundada. Sem escoamento. O sofá cama está em muitas mas condições para que possa haver uma boa noite de sono
