The apartment had everything I needed for my short stay in Lisbon. The parking was definitely a huge plus! I was able to leave my car parked and spend my time walking around and enjoying the city without having to worry about driving or finding parking.The location is excellent for exploring Lisbon and enjoying the city on foot. Having a comfortable apartment and convenient parking made my stay so much easier and more enjoyable.I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Lisbon!

This apartment was a wonderful stay for us. Just two blocks to the metro, underground parking, a nice kitchen, comfortable bed and a washing machine. Easy to find and across the street good bakery, a market and several restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. A great place in Lisbon.

Great location: a quiet space yet easy to walk to many points of interest in Lisboa (15 minutes to walk to Alfama neighborhood). Flavio was quickly responsive. The spiral staircase to the second loft bedroom is definitely better for younger people. Overall a great value: obrigado, Flavio1

Host was great at communicating, and giving me the check in information. We wished we knew (Have feedback to the host who is aware so hope to fix these issues): * the basement parking (handy) is tricky to park! So would advise the guests to park by reversing when entering the garage* the 2nd bedroom was on another level via a narrow staircase. It didn't feel safe. Unfortunately the bed was not made so we couldn't use the 2nd bed and shared the 1st bed.* the 1st bedroom looks nice but mattress had a dent and needed replacing. Wardrobe door is loose.* Most of the apartment was clean. Great shower and plenty of hot water. Kitchen was compact but well equipped, Cabinet handles felt a bit sticky - maybe deep clean? The bistro table felt a bit unstable. Useful to have fans, washing machine and airer.* Maybe lose one of wooden furniture to make a bit more room in living area?

Great communication with Flavio and nice apratment. Works best for 2 people. We were able to walk about 20 minutes to the more touristy areas. We would stay there again!

Good location. Quite small for 6ppl listing did not mention it had stairs which would have been good to know as I was travelling with a 2yr old. Host was great to communicate with.

the location of the apartment is super convenient to downtown and lots shops and restaurants nearby. the host is super helpful as well. the only annoying thing is the noise from the street at night.
