Flambant neuf, construit sur mesure, chalet privé sur 350 acres avec près d'un mile de façade sur le lac sur le lac Graham, qui est connu pour son excellente pêche à l'achigan. La construction de chalets achevé en 2004.

Situé dans les bois, dans un quartier très calme isolée de Graham Lake, qui est de 10 miles de long. Il ya un grand, véranda, une grande chambre, une cuisine entièrement équipée, deux chambres et une salle de bain complète. Et tout cela est entièrement équipée, y compris le chauffe installé, de haute qualité et à l'eau, l'air conditionné disponible, draps et téléphone. Des vues spectaculaires. Gaz barbecue. Linda was a great host. We went to the cabin for our family vacation ( and my husband and my 20th Anniversary)It was beautiful and serene. Great place for our kids to fish and tool around on their goboats. Yet not too far from Acadia and the ocean to take in that scenery as well.

Pros:- House is very nicely done, everything seems relatively new or newly renovated.- Bugs not bad around the house except at dusk.- Huge lawn, exceptionally landscaped — great for lawn games like croquet or bocce.- House is exceptionally well stocked with everything you could need or think of, and a few things you might not think of.- Very quiet area, although we did hear the neighbor running some power tools a couple times.- Saw a family of loons swim by, and heard them a couple other times; also had a mature bald eagle soar about 20 feet over our heads while we were playing cribbage on the lawn.- Awesome area for kayaking with all the water and islands.- Tons of games in the house.- Tap water is pretty good.Cons:- Extra firm mattresses; I slept very poorly all week, except the final night.- Low lake water meant no swimming; muddy conditions and plants.- Kayaks are dirty and buggy due to no cockpit covers, it’d probably take about a half hour to clan one. I was just too tired from not sleeping to deal with it.- Dirt road takes almost 15 minutes alone in a Corolla.- About 45 minutes to Hannaford in Ellsworth, 90 minutes to Acadia National Park.- Bugs are bad if you try to walk on the dirt roads.- Not as many birds or species as I expected, given the location.Bottom line: I would consider going back, but if I did, I would bring an inflatable air mattress for the bed, and my own kayak. We would also go earlier in the summer.

A cabin with a great view

The location is great, yards from the lake and a fire pit right in front. A very rustic atmosphere where one can chill out and decompress from every day life in a city. It's far enough off the beaten path to see a moose swimming( I did early one morning), but only 15 or so miles to town to get anything one might need. Linda is very nice and thorough checking to ensure one knows everything that might be needed, it's well stocked. A great place to saty.

Two weeks of peace

If you want to get away and relax in peace and quiet this is a great place to go. Every morning while eating breakfast we saw wild turkeys. The view from the porch and front yard was amazing hiking on the property and entrance road was awesome The property was well stocked with supplies a nice grill with propane and enough kayaks and canoes for a large group. The host was very gracious and informative about everything that the property had to offer. There was a notebook in the house filled with brochures and maps of local hikes.

Peaceful!

A quiet, secluded spot in the woods. Great place to unplug and get away from the world. The lake is peaceful, inviting, and virtually untouched - hardly any traffic at all. We spent days using the kayaks included by Linda! Plan ahead, as the final journey to the cabin does take a bit of time and you won't want to be running out to grab anything. If you do want to travel to Acadia/Mount Desert Island, it's a little over an hour. We made two trips over there, and just planned everything to fill up the entire day out.

I was highly impressed by the listing when I arrived. Mrs. Linda was such a gracious host. She was at the property when I arrived and showed me around every where. I am highly appreciative of the communication that I had with her and would definitely stay with her again. Such a beautiful property tucked off in a quiet location away from all the normal hustle and bustle. Thank you Linda for being such a gracious host.

Cabin by the lake

This is a very nice cabin with more than you need to cook gourmet meals and also enjoy nature! Linda is an awesome host. The property was so clean for a cabin in the middle of the woods. Linda provides so much. There are plentiful spices, bowls, pots, baking pans, everything! We especially enjoyed all of the outdoor seating and nice fire pit. The enclosed porch is perfect if the weather is not cooperative. There are games galore to amuse everyone if you are cabinbound. The views of the lake are beautiful! There are kayaks, life vests, and a canoe for use. The night sky is like a planetarium! I highly recommend Linda’s wonderful place if you enjoy the outdoors! I hope so much to return next year. Please note that is a ways away from everything, but that was perfect for us. We still went to Acadia, Bar Harbor, and to many places for lobster. Linda gives you the lowdown on where to get gas, shop and get the best hand cut steaks….

Great secluded getaway on Graham Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was everything we'd hoped for and more. Great view and easy access to Graham Lake from the cabin. I went kayaking every morning and photographed many Bald Eages, Ospreys, Great Egrets, Wood Ducks, Mallards, Greater Yellowlegs, Least Sandpipers, Loons, and more. Lake water was way down this year but still very accessible.

Our week in Maine

The cabin was great. Linda keeps it clean and stocked well. We enjoyed having fires in the pit as we watched the colors of the sunset. Unfortunately the level of the lake was quite low and not dimmable from the property. Though we did enjoy utilizing the kayaks that were provided and the fishing was great! The only tough part was the drive down the logging road to the cabin.

The camp is so quiet, there are just a couple of neighbors, but they are out of view and quiet. The lake is lovely to view and kayak.

Warm and Peaceful

Thank you Linda for sharing your wonderful cabin. It’s in a beautiful, secluded lakeside setting. The cabin is well maintained and very cozy with everything you need. Quiet & Beautiful

Although the road to the cabin is long, it is worth the drive. The cabin is well maintained and comfortable. The setting is fantastic!! The cabin is surrounded by a large grass yard that is broken up by mature trees. There are so many places to sit and relax, to take in the beauty of this place set on the edge of a large lake. It was so peaceful during our stay. Our visit was timed to enjoy the peak of autumn colors and we were not disappointed! The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and an abundance of books, games, puzzles, and movies. Bring your family or come as a couple seeking solitude. Linda is an exceptional hostess. Her directions and instructions were very useful.
